Mansion with 5 suites near the beach with Mediterranean environment
Casa Colibri is a mansion built in the style of a Tuscan farmhouse (Italy) and decorated with the owner's wife's paintings is an internationally recognized artist. The house has a particular charm and gives a broad view of the sea and is on the edge of a vast landscape of dunes (behind the house) and a 3-minute walk from the beach. Casa Colibri is a plot of 3200 m² and has a built area of 450 m². There are 5 suites with air conditioning (2 suites are equipped with TV-LED), a large lounge of 80 m², a spacious kitchen and a swimming pool as well as an extensive balcony around the house in the middle of a tropical garden. The house offers free wireless internet (10 MB / s). Has a couple of friendly and discreet home living in a house part in the grounds and looking after the property. During their stay, they keep the house, the garden and the pool clean and tidy. There is a security system with electric fence.
