This stylish and spacious 2nd floor condominium is located in the heart of the Mountain Village. Great location on the bus route is less than 1 mile to the mountain and 3 miles to downtown. Newly remodeled with new carpet, tile, and granite countertops, this property has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there is ample space (1246 square feet) to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, making this condo the perfect place for families and friends to gather and celebrate your time together. You'll feel at home with all of the amenities; free WiFi, three HD TVs, full size washer and dryer, and hair dryers in both bathrooms. In addition the linens, towels, mattresses, pots/pans, place settings and service ware are new.
After a day on the slopes or biking, relax in the living room in one of the two deep leather chairs and enjoy watching the 55" LED HD TV (w/Comcast Sport Pkg) or play a game on the new Xbox One. When its late, turn off the tv and unwind with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace or walk out onto one of the two private balconies and look at the stars. If your lucky you'll see a shooting star. The balconies are located off the living room and the mastered bedroom. When it's time to prepare a meal you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all of the essential small appliances including a Keurig Coffee machine, utensils, spices and cooking oils at your finger tips. Enjoy your meals at the large 6 person dinning room table or pull up one of the bar stools at the kitchen counter. If you enjoy grilling we just added a new Weber grill, always clean with a spare tank of gas.
When its time to retire you'll find the bedrooms clean, warm, and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a 40" LED HD TV, a walk out balcony, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a 40" LED HD TV. A full size bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom will make the kids comfortable and happy.
You'll appreciate the oversize heated garage with direct access to the covered and well lit snow free entry. With a door opening of 8 feet tall and 9 feet wide there is plenty of room in the 29 foot deep garage for your full size SUV and all of your equipment. Your yakima cargo box may also fit, check your overall height.
When its time to hit the slopes or bike park you'll like that the gondola is a mile straight up the street. If your heading downtown for dinner or shopping, its an easy 3 mile drive. If don't feel like driving its a 4 or 5 minute walk to the free bus stop which will take you to the mountain and downtown. World class fly fishing on the Yampa river is just 1.5 miles down the road. Two Grocery stores are conveniently located 1.5 miles away as is Walmart. The cites sports fields are at the base of Emerald Mountain is also downtown. Easy access to the Core Trail (biking & walking) which runs along the river to the botanical gardens and on to Downtown, the rodeo arena, and city sports fields. Ride your mountain bike along the trail to emerald mountain's single track.

Beautiful and Comfortable
My two kids and I had a relaxing weekend in a place that has everything one would need. Location, supplies, comfort are all in full supply. Would certainly stay again!
Excellent Rental Location!
I have rented many properties through VRBO, but this location rates #1 in my book. The rental was pristine, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was central to shopping/restaurants with easy access to property from garage. Ron promptly answered any questions I had. Overall, excellent experience, and I would certainly rent again, and highly recommend to others.
This condo was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location makes it easy to get into the main commercial area. As we planned our trip, the manager communicated in a timely manner, gave us excellent instructions and responded quickly.
Clean, welcoming and convenient to the slopes!
We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and the special touches Ron did to welcome us were appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked. The distance to the slopes was very convenient. We could either walk a mile to the Gondola or walk 5 minutes to the free Steamboat Springs Transit bus which took us right to the Gondola. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ron for a wonderful stay!
The ultimate meet.
The condo was better than described. Ron the owner was always easy to contact if i had a question, which only happened once. The welcoming package on the kitchen counter wasn't expected and the cleanliness and organization of the whole condo was exceptional. Everything was thought of for a very comfortable stay. I would defiinetly recommend this condo to friend or family and we've book marked this for us in the future. We spent ten days skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling Rabbit ear pass and Steamboat. We took time off to shop,eat and sight see in steamboat and strawberry park. The springs definetly releaved some aching muscles. Thank-you so much Ron for sharing your place with us and we hope to see you again.
Modern, large, well-stocked three bedroom condo!
Everything was great with this condo near Steamboat. A nice welcome package was set out for us on arrival with a few snacks to tide us over. The kitchen is nicely updated with water and ice in the fridge door, a full spice rack and everything we needed for cooking. We used the Weber grill on the deck to cook steaks one night which worked well.
The owner is great with communication and let us know that we could get in early to the unit if we wanted. Then later when I forgot my swimsuit he offered to ship it to me.
The only thing missing was some shampoo - although it seems that more and more VBROs don't provide that. Not sure if it was an oversight or if the last renters just took it with them. Either way, might be good to pack a little with you.
The beds were comfortable and I liked the light-blocking shades in my room.
The skiing is a short walk to a free bus ride. When you come out the front door, turn right until you see the sidewalk on the left. Follow the sidewalk to the first left which allows you to cut through to Columbine Dr again. Then take that to Village Drive. The stop is on the other side of the road on Meadow Ln. You'll be on the "Green Line."
The unit also has a private heated garage which is great for storing gear and the rental car.
