It has taken us two years to find an apartment equal in style and elegance to our first successful acquisition in Prague. The new apartment represents our values of providing accommodation which captures the historical charm of Prague, while at the same time offering value for money. This Art Nouveau building has been renovated by an Italian company. Their work on the building was nominated for an award. In the apartment, many original features have been preserved. Parquet floors, French doors, high ceilings and large original windows blend tastefully with restored antiques, chandeliers and touches of modern style. There is a sunny, quiet balcony overlooking a courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in tranquil surroundings. There is a two and three-seater sofa bed in the flat which comfortably accommodates extra guests. My wife and I bought our first Prague property in 2004 and have since built up a portfolio of eight holiday apartments with a value of approx 137m CZK/6,5 m USD, of which approx 1,7 m USD is owned and the rest leased. We specialize in short-term rentals which we manage together with a small team through our sro MJMorris Apartments and Developments. We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer. We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living. We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. Lovely visit in a French-like apartment
Though our stay was brief, it was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the apartment and we were close to everything!!!!
Lovely Apartment in Prague
We really enjoyed our stay in Prague as well as this apartment. It is located within walking distance of the cities wonderful sites, as well as restaurants, shopping & of course, the Christmas Markets. Ilan & Veronica were most accommodating both in pre arranging our stay & providing adequate information about the rental. Ilan greeted us upon our arrival & did a great job of explaining the apartments amenities. We took advantage of Ilan & Veronica booking a taxi both from & to the airport & it was wonderful not having to make arrangements on our own. Overall, our stay in Prague as well as in the apartment was great!!! Our stay was at the end of November through the first week in December.

Stunning flat!!! We loved our stay in Prague and loved this condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Charming character was evident throughout the entire place. It was super convenient to public transportation and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were very responsive to all inquiries and had excellent suggestions for sites and restaurants (Estrella was divine!). Will stay here again or any of their other properties when our travels take us back to Prague.
The apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, it had everything I needed, all within easy walking distance of everything.
Additionally, help was available at a moment's notice when I had to change plans, and I was greeted when I arrived with a very thorough introduction and briefing about the apartment and all of the local sights and attractions.
I couldn't have been happier with everything. Highly recommended!
A most enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great -- close to the metro and close enough to walk into the centre of town. We even walked to Prague Castle and we are not young. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
The apartment is in Old Town. It is 5 minutes walk to Na Prikope street, where you will find the Municiple House and the Jewish Quarter. Wenceslas square and Old Town square are a few minutes from here. Florenc metro station is 1 minute from the apartment. This will take you to Museum, the top of Wenceslas square in 2 mins. A tram and bus stop, 2 mins from the apartment ,can take you directly to the Jewish quarter in minutes. From here it is a few minutes walk to Old Town Square. You can also catch the number 8 tram directly to the castle. There are two supermarkets minutes from the apartment and Palladium shopping centre, the city's largest, is 5 close by. There is a bus station behind the apartment and the main train station Halvani Nadrazi, is one metro stop away. The Hilton Hotel is opposite the apartment with its famous sky bar where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The jurys Inn is also here. By tram, metro or foot this is the pefect location to explore the city

Additional information about rental rates
If you book on line there is no balance to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning fees are included and we dont requiere security deposit. Balance for on line bookings is due 14 days before arrival. If we agree collect balance upon arrival you can pay in cash (Euros or CZK). There is no extra charge for cash payment, but a 4% surcharge for PayPal payments. In this case the balance will be converted into CZK based on the exchange rate provided by XE and the sum will be agreed by both parties before payment. Payment of the balance on line before arrival is also possible and subject to the same conditions. Cash payment in currencies other than EURO can also be considered. Stays of less than three nights are subject to the discretion of the owner
