Close to Red Rocks, hour drive to ski resorts Loveland or Winter Park. Stayca or vaca you'll feel at home in this spacious house. This charming home is located in the historic Hale-Bellevue neighborhood. Access to activities will be the least of your travel worries! Guests are a quick drive away to downtown, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, the Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature & Science and 40 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. In town for business? This host spot is close to Downtown and the Denver Convention Center, 10 minutes away. Not renting a car? No problem! The house is walking distance to a plethora of bars, restaurants (including the famous AM eatery Snooze), and coffee houses. Uber or Lift are also a great options. If guests prefer a home-cooked meal, pick up some groceries from Trader Joe's, and utilize the full kitchen and dinning room. About Michele

I purchased this family home is 2003 from my grandmother. The home was built in 1938 and has been in my family since my grandparents bought the home in 1940. This is the home my mother and her siblings grew up in, as well as me, my siblings. After much family discussion I decided to share the home we all love with travelers from near and far. I work in public policy with the aged and aging.

Why Michele chose Hale

This home is central to everything. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown Denver and/or the mountains. It is a half block from a park with tennis courts, a walking path, playground with exercise equipment.

What makes this house unique

Entire 2200 square foot home that is beautifully appointed. Many travelers have describe the home as quaint, cozy with ample room for enjoyment of your time in Denver. I am also a Super Host on Airbnb.
