This relaxing first floor unit is surrounded by Carolina Palms and has features that date back to its original construction in 1872. Modern meets historic in this property with high-end features throughout such as a fully renovated bathroom and granite countertops throughout.

The kitchen offers amenities perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal in. With A stove and oven unit as well as microwave and refrigerator you may yourself feeling just at home around the kitchen table. There is also a washer/dryer unit for all of your laundry needs.

The living room is just off of the kitchen and includes a couch, cushioned chairs, a coffee table as well as a Samsung flat screen TV with cable provided by Comcast. The living room also has an exquisite, non-functional, fireplace that reminds our guests of the charm that this historic city has to offer.

The bedroom is separate from the living and kitchen and offers guests a cozy feel with a queen size bed, a historic non-functional fireplace, as well as sheets and towels.

Perfect Location

This was such a cute place to stay in Charleston! We were maybe a block or two away from King Street with all the best restaurants and bars. It was nice that this place provided parking as well!

Great location and lovey place

Perfect location just a few blocks off King. Lots of amazing eats within walking distance, in fact we parked the car and didn't move it almost all weekend. The home has everything you could need and the bed was comfy and we felt safe. The downside was if people move in above you there is some kind of loose grate in the bedroom fireplace that clanks and vibrates when they are moving about- so bring earplugs just in case. I gave four stars because we arrived to dead lightbulbs in several rooms and the tub was clogged so we showered in standing water. But the water was hot and the pressure was good. When we were there we were mostly sitting outside on the darling patio area. Great pastry shop next door. Over all a delightful stay and we would be back!

Location, location, location!

Excellent location, we walked everywhere with few exceptions. The owners provide a wonderful guide to restaurants, night spots etc. Don't miss the Elliotborough Mini Bar or a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Lucca. The bed was comfortable, decent water pressure, heat and AC both worked well as we had the opportunity to use both with the crazy temps, and the unit was clean. Off street parking was good. Would stay again

Quite nice and great location

Quite nice and great location. Only complaint was regarding the sheets for the sofa bed.. . Its really more of a futon like thing that you cannot really tuck sheet into , no mattress pad so you end up sleeping on the pleather when the sheet slides off. Not too great, but easily remedied if owner gets new sheet and a pad. The regular bed was wonderful. Internet worked great for us, streaming and everything. Nice to have laundry and stove, but oven does not work.
