About the owner:
Our parents loved Colorado so much that we came every summer back in the 50's and 60's. They bought the land in 1982 intending to build their dream vacation home. However, Mom passed away unexpectedly in 1985. Our Dad built the home in 1994 with the intention of giving it to his three children.
We have all enjoyed bringing our children here for vacations and holidays for many years. Now, as grandparents, we enjoy the relaxation, beauty and serenity that our mountain home provides.
Children are welcome
All of the doorways and hallways are wheelchair accessible. However, there is a small step to the front deck and into the house. Both of the bathrooms have a tub and shower combo that are not wheelchair accessible.
