Lovely 1 storey air-conditioned home, ideal for family with children and senior citizens. A large family room and separate dining area; formal dining room and sitting room for relaxation, kitchen equipped with all amenities, and private pool facing south. Garage was converted into a game room. TV's in each bedroom and living room, DVD's and a play station for kids' entertainment. We also have washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer in each bathroom and towels, beach towels and bed linens.
We have high speed internet access and free long distance calls within US and Canada
A Walmart is located within a 5-minute drive of our villa.
We're walking distance from the club house where they have Tennis and basketball court and a spa.

Gem In Kissimmee
Charming home, in a great location that is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We ended up having to stay due to Hurricane Irma and the Nowlan's were extremely helpful, understanding and concerned for our well being. They were very easy to contact (even though we experienced some communication issues due to storm). Thankfully, we all managed well through the storm with no harm. We would definitely stay at this property every time we travel to the Orlando area.
Wedding Weekend
We came down to share in a family wedding. This home was very nice, in a great gated community. It was quite and pleasant. The owners were very responsive to my emails and gave wonderful directions on how to access the home and property. The only thing that could have been better was a couple of maintenance issues. There were several light bulbs that were blown including the big one in the kitchen over the cooking area. The bedroom door would not open back up unless you shook and repeatedly jiggled the door knob, it needs to be replaced before someone gets locked in there. This happened every time the door was closed. But over all it was an enjoyable home to stay in and I would recommend it to any of my friends. Thanks you for sharing your home with us.
Comfortable home away from home
The house was clean and the owners were friendly, caring and accommodating. We enjoyed the back yard pool yard very much. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location and safe! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very beautiful home kids enjoyed the pool beds were very comfortable nice spacious very relaxing still waiting to receive security deposit back as there was no damage done but all in all I recommend to stay here while on a magical Disney vacation
Great home, great location, great amenities...
We really enjoyed our. stay. This was our first time using HomeAway and we were a bit skeptic but everything was great. The home was just as pictured on the site. My family and I definitely will be returning for our next trip to Orlando.
