About Rensselear Resch
I love my home. I work from home and share it when I travel. It's my sanctuary, work and play space and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm happy to point you to local restaurants and other cool places to check out.
Rensselear Resch purchased this House in 2015
Why Rensselear Resch chose Gunbarrel
This property is great for a family or people who want a lot of space for playing, working or retreating. It's got a wonderful backyard for sipping tea or cocktails. This is a family neighborhood, so this property is not appropriate for parties.

Lovely home, great location
We recently had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this lovely home. It was very clean and spacious enough for our two families (8 people). The kitchen, amenities, and location were fantastic. We loved watching the birds in the backyard birdfeeders, walking the trails around Twin Lakes (and to Avery Brewery :), and being a close drive to many attractions. These included Rocky Mountain National Park, Chautauqua, Mt Evans, and Denver for a Rockies baseball game. The owner was incredibly caring and responsive as we prepared for our visit. Fabulous overall experience.
Fabulous 4 bedroom VRBO
This house was absolutely perfect for us. We were in Boulder for a softball tournament with 4 Dads and 4 Daughters. Each Dad got there own room (could of easily had our wives with also, the beds were all big) and the kids crashed in the large family room in the basement. Great patio, with a grill. Just an awesome place, and Ren the owner was absolutely fabulous also. HIGHLY Reccomended!!
Thanks Joe! So glad you all had a great time. Please come back any time!
Excellent place for family vacation!
Our multigenerational group enjoyed our stay immensely! We were close enough to downtown Boulder (10 mins) when we wanted to go into town and happy to stay put some days in this beautiful neighborhood with abundant trails and restaurants. We walked to Avery brewing a few times - fun for the kids and adults and great to not have to drive after beer tasting. It was also just about an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park where we spent one day exploring. So comfortable and so much space for our group of 8; we will definitely be coming back! We especially enjoyed the huge kitchen and living room as well as the patio with beautiful gardens. Thanks Ren for a lovely stay. Your home is so beautiful!
Thanks mom for your review! My mom rented my house for a family reunion in Boulder and was logged in as me when she wrote this review. Thanks for your support mom!
Spacious and comfortable
This was a great getaway for the girls! This home is large and spacious, very clean and well stocked! We appreciated how well it's taken care of. With some rental homes, you can tell they're rentals, but not this place! We really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and cooking meals in the large kitchen. The neighborhood was also very quiet and had lots of trails that we explored. Short walk to Avery brewing, which has amazing food for being a brewpub. And less than 15 mins to get into downtown Boulder. We will definitely return!
Very spacious, clean and enjoyable stay
I stayed here for a week as I had an event in Boulder and wanted a cozy home to stay in. The owner was very communicative and helpful and I very much enjoyed myself at the house.
