My wife and i live in San Diego and will some day soon retire to our PGA West home. We had visited the area many times before deciding that this is the place for us and the size of the townhouse insures that kids, grandkids, and friends will never feel crowded when visiting.
What makes this Condo unique
Nothing compares with sitting on the golf course patio and enjoying the sunrise with coffee and breakfast snack. The early morning lights casts a golden glow on the Santa Rosa Mountains that has to be seen to be appreciated. The bighorn sheep that occasionally visit the front yard, make it even more pleasurable.

Beautiful spacious home!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is actually much bigger than the pictures, so there was more than enough room for 6 adults and two little dogs. Enjoyed the amazing mountain sunsets from the back patio! The bikes were an added bonus to ride around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at the Brennan townhome. All three bedrooms had private bathrooms. Lots of skylights. I kept thinking I had left lights on but it was just the skylights providing such good lighting during the day. Vaulted ceiling in the family room gave it a very airy feeling. Same for the kitchen/breakfast nook. The back porch has a very relaxed vibe with views of the golf course and mountains. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Terry was a great host, great communication and allowed us to check early. First reaction to the place was the size - great space which fit six adults and one baby very comfortably. The place had an upgraded refrigerator and washer/dryer which we used frequently - WiFi also worked great throughout the whole house. Overall great place to stay!
Absolutely amazing. Great value for price paid
The condo is even better in person. Definitely has a wow factor when you first enter the property. Master bedroom is huge. There were five of us and the home still felt huge. Great pool and hot tub at the end of the block with awesome view of the mountains. Very clean. The condo has everything that you need. Extremely great value for the price paid.
Spacious and exceeded our expectations!
The communication and guide information from Terry was phenomenal! Super responsive! In all our many years of traveling, by far, THE most helpful information and detailed instruction guide which included everything you wanted to know. We were well received by the front security gate and no issues coming or going. The private walkway to the home was welcoming and colorfully landscaped. Inside the house was so much space and light. We spent breakfast and dinners eating on the patio overlooking the fareway with a spectacular view of the mountains. We tried out 2 pools during our stay - the end of cul de sac and the beginning of street. Both were relaxing and we enjoyed best the latter pool with it's mountain view. Property is within 2 miles of grocery store, vintage coffee shop, and restaurants. We stayed for Coachella festival and the drive to and from day parking (lots 14&15) was easy to navigate - basically 2 turns. We highly recommend this property! We would come back and stay here again. Great place, great price, and great owner!
