This spacious fully air conditioned apartment is set in a private complex, with a telephone entry system. It has two private pools including a children’s pool and is a ten minute walk to the beach, main shops and restaurants. It is perfectly situated just behind the busy resort of Playa d’en Bossa, by car the airport and Ibiza town are less than 10 minutes away.

The stylish living and dining area includes flat screen television, dvd, stereo and mp3 player. This apartment features a large private roof terrace complete with dining table, chairs and sun loungers perfect for alfresco dining and private sun bathing, access is via a spiral staircase on the apartment balcony.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

Stunning property perfect location, homely feel

I would 100% recommend staying at this beautiful apartment, it is perfect for a group of friends or for a family, the apartment has been beautifully decorated and is very modern with high spec appliances. Everything is very new and very clean. All of the rooms are a good size and even with maximum capacity of 6 people we felt there was plenty of space. The location is a 10 min walk to the strip/ clubs and after a night out it is really nice to come back to a quiet peaceful area. The roof terrace was fantastic for catching rays and is a lovely place to unwind. Stuart is so helpful and all correspondence was answered extremely quickly and the deposit was returned almost instantly.

Back again! I love this apartment:-)

Long awaited return to this beautiful apartment. Why I waited so long I do not know. Having said that I've been to other places , my last visit to Ibiza was at this apartment in October 2012. I had to stay here. To reiterate a lot of the other reviews the pictures really don't show you the spacious feel. You enter into a large lounge/dinner, walk down a corridor where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are. They are all large rooms. There are now 2 showers, there was only one on my last visit. The apartment is well kept, clean and equipped with all you need in the kitchen, there really isn't anything I could say is missing.

The roof top sun terrace is added luxury, with sunbeds and a table and chairs. We spent a lot of our time here even though there is a swimming pool with bed for bathing as well.

Final note the local shop staff are very friendly.

Can't wait to visit again - next year I hope :-)

Fab apartment, clean and spacious, comfy beds and sofa - quiet block so you can sleep not far from anywhere if not taxis were easy ! Great communication from Stewart all the way through - thank you !

Great modern apartment with private roof terrace

We had a lovely stay in Stewart's apartment, it's very modern, clean and a lot bigger than the pictures make out, there were 6 of us staying (2 couples and 2 friends) and we had plenty of space between us. There is a balcony just outside the living room and then the roof terrace is the size of the entire apartment, very private and great for tanning on the 6 sun loungers, we spent a lot of our time here. The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen so you can do all your own cooking and there is a good selection of DVDs if you want a relaxing night in. The air conditioning is also easily controllable and quiet.

The apartment is in a local residential area so we found you benefit from cheaper supermarket food prices and a relaxed atmosphere than in the main town. It's about a 10min walk from the top of playa den bossa beach, where you can get a return boat ferry to Ibiza old town for 5 euros, and a 30 min walk to central playa den bossa.

Stuart and Inma were both very contactable and helpful before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if me and my friends were to go back to Ibiza.
