This warm and inviting home is minutes from skiing, hiking, fishing and antiquing. Our home sleeps 6 adults (1 king master, 1 queen and 1 pull out in den) and 4 children in bunk beds. There is an additional fee for each person over the capacity of 10; or for each adult that exceeds the maximum of 8. three full baths and a well-equipped and stocked kitchen make for an easy stay. The backyard is spacious and flat for volleyball, badmitten, croquette and more. The patio has a gas grill, large patio table for cooking out and plenty of seating to sit and relax. Two separate fire pits on the property, one by the stream for a night under the stars listening to the babbling brook, or one on the stone patio next to the house for entertaining after dinner. If you like to flyfish... just step right into the river and float your line.

Local shopping is less than 15 minutes drive with access to a farmer's markets in on Sundays - featuring organic fare and local artisans. Located equidistant to Phoenicia and Tannersville you have lots of choices for restaurants, bars and shopping.
There are several unique and trendy clothing stores where you are sure to find a one-of-a-kind piece - or a gift for a friend. There are good restaurants - everyone loves Deer Mountain Inn and Peek-a-mouse! The bars have a welcoming atmosphere and live music. There is also the local movie theater - quaint and comfortable - with an outstanding candy selection. Feeling outdoorsy?
