Seaside Beach and Racquet 4912 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 9th floor, in building 4. It has an amazing side view from the top floor corner unit with a wrap-around balcony.

***Pools will be unlocked at 8:00 am and locked at 10:00 pm each day***

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring throughout

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV

• The third bedroom features two sets of bunks with twins on top and full on the bottom and a TV

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Amenities Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Cable, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Room, Gazebo, Heated Indoor Pool (Located in Building 1), Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Kitchen, Outdoor Pools(Two), Patio, Pickleball Courts, Picnic Area, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, Shuffleboard, Steam Room, Tennis Court, TV, Washer/Dryer

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Relaxing Mind and Body Reset

We enjoyed our month at Orange Beach very much and plan to return. Our corner condo was cheerful and well equipped. The view from our balcony was beautiful; overlooking the pool and ocean by day and warmly lit turtle nests with ocean sounds in the evenings. Great restaurants, shopping and activities nearby. The atmosphere of the grounds is mostly quiet and relaxed except for some winter maintenance. Great Stay!

The property had great views. 1 min to the beach. The house was well furnished with dishes, even tho some was very dirty recommend cleaning before use. Other than that the property was as described

Family Fall Break

Was a great place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous view of the water from the 9th floor balcony. Can be on the private beach within minutes. Indoor pool is an awesome option for cool or rainy days or just to mix it up. Very close to numerous amenities including grocery stores, coffee shops, several restaurants, and souvenir shops. Internet was spotty at times and the work on the exterior back balcony area was a bit loud a couple of mornings (8am-10am ish) but we understood that it had to be done and it was clearly stated in the description of the property…we just underestimated the loudness a bit. Was definitely and enjoyable, relaxing trip and we would most certainly return to this property.
