4 bedroom, 3 story home on the golf course
About Christine Logan
My sister, brother and I bought the house from our other sibling when both our parents passed on. We grew up in Buena Vista, originally moving here in 1962-63 and living in a large house in town. Our father was an avid golfer and helped to start the golf course. Our parent's wish was to live on the golf course, so in 1978, they built this house. We all love to golf and have had many good times. We love getting together with our family and friends at our house. We have a lot of fun!

Why Christine Logan chose Buena Vista
My siblings and I decided offer our house so people could enjoy the beautiful area and get to know Buena Vista as we do. There is so much to do here. You really are in the "heart" of Colorado. We have many great memories of the area and we hope you will have some too.
What makes this House unique
The front of the house faces Mt. Princeton. It is a beautiful view. When our parents built the house, they wanted to be sure to have that view from the front windows and deck. Being on the golf course is the BEST!

Cabin Group Heaven
Loved the cabin! It was perfect for our paddling group as it provided the necessary space for 15 people to not be on top of each other. The most outfitted kitchen we have ever seen in a cabin and the laundry facilities were great. We plan to be back in the future.
Thank you for the great review! We try very hard to accommodate our guests. We do hope you come again! Would love to have you!
On beautiful gold course, lots of sleeping space, good for our big family. Comfortable and clean but looks like nothing has been updated since 1982
Thank you for your wonderful review. I love the "vintage" description! We know we need to update parts and are slowly doing so. I am glad you had a good time and hope you stay with us again!
Worked fine for 14 people. Brought air mattresses which helped with our number. Plenty of room.
Communication was a little rough but I think that was something to do with going through the VRBO system. This place worked great for all 14 of us!
Great location, very spacious
HUGE property right on the golf course and - our favorite part - a GIANT deck with views of Mount Princeton! Christine was also very responsive when I had questions. My only recommendation would be that a little modernizing of this property would make a really positive difference.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback. We do understand updating it would be helpful. We do a little at a time as with any house that needs updating.
I am glad you enjoy the view. I miss it!
I hope you come again!
Great place to stay near town
We always come here every summer. It is a great place to stay near town in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is great and has always helped us when we have needed help.
Great guests. Second time staying with us and we hope not the last! Thanks for being wonderful renters. Very respectful of the property and good communication!
Knitting Retreat - Fabulous
My knitting retreat members and I really enjoyed our long weekend in Buena Vista at this lovely home in a quiet and beautiful location. All was just as advertised and we had no problems with the space. The kitchen was so well outfitted that we did not have to unpack the cooking tools and pans we had brought along for just in case. The neighborhood is quiet and the folks we met on our walks were very gracious. Hope to rent this house again next year.
COMANCHE DRIVE IN THEATRE

Nestled at the head of the Arkansas valley at an elevation of 8000 ft and surrounded by magnificent peaks the Comanche is not only noted for its beautiful view, but is also the highest in elevation of any Drive In in the US. One of the few remaining drive ins in the country the Comanche is open May through September, showing classics and first run movies beginning at dusk.
