Wonderful home!! No hot-tub and community not great

This house was exactly what we were hoping for. It was overall extremely clean and we had an amazing stay. There is a beautiful view behind the home and we felt like we had plenty of privacy from the neighbors. Kids loved the game rooms too! The pool was heated, clean, and ready upon arrival. Whenever I had an issue or question the management company was very quick to respond. The reason for 3 stars is that they were unable to properly fix the hot-tub. At first it was the same temp as the pool, which felt around 80. They fixed it once but it also heated the entire pool up to 100 degrees, which isn't safe for the kids to swim in. So they came back to adjust it again and sadly the hot tub went back to 80. So I only had one night with an actual HOT hot-tub, which is unfortunate considering the money we pay for heat. Another downside is that the community pool isn't heated and is fairly underwhelming. Security was often NOT at the gate, and the fences surrounding the community have large gaps / holes in them - some large enough for a car to drive through. We didn't see anything suspect, but it certainly wasn't as secure as many other communities.

Annual family vacation

Overall our stay was good. A few hiccups. Paid for pool heat but didn't get turned on until 4 days. Need to uodate website pictures. Refrigerator was much smaller and did not have ice maker or water filtration as shown in pictures. Gates were not working and at times we had to wait with 12 cars in front of us to get into the complex. Although crimanals find a way to get in. Our car was broken into and the cops were questioning guests because gun shots were heard. The house itself was nice.

Cozy, beautiful and convenient

Everything about this property was great!!! All though there was nine in are party and there was only 4 rags to use. There was plenty of towels. Our party was extremely happy with our stay. It was also very close to everything that we did and very easy to get there. Mattress’s could be up dated but other wise a wonderful stay at a beautiful home.

Overall good stay

The house could use a remodel. Everything is dated but clean. The game room was great for keeping the kids occupied. The water park was way smaller then it looked but the kids had fun. Was not a fan of all the fees that were tacked on. $85 for same day early check in when there wasn’t a booking prior to ours was ridiculous.
