Amazing, huge, completely redone pool with white travertine, aqua tile and a new electric heater. You will NOT find a better pool in any Bonita rental. Generous covered lanai. Beachcroft patio furniture including couch, swivel chairs, and padded dining for 8. Swim toys, loungers, etc.. included.

Living Room and large Family Room. 3 beds, 2.5 baths. The whole home opens to the pool. The master has an en suite bath with shower and tub, and opens to the pool. It also has a walk-in closet. There is an adjustable, King, bed and there are USB plugs in all bedrooms.

All mattresses are brand new Layla memory foam mattresses. King in the master and queens in the guest rooms. Need to work from home? One guest room has a desk, and there's a desk in the kitchen. All bedroom furniture is BRAND NEW!
Linens are new Brooklinen.
Dishes are Crate and Barrel.

Gourmet kitchen with all new Crate & Barrel silverware, dishes, pots and pans. This is not your typical rental kitchen setup. If you love to cook, you'll love it here. Place Settings for 8. Appetizer plates. Regular glassware and pho glassware(the good plastic ones) for drinking around the pool. Blender, toaster, Keurig, cookie sheets, the whole shebang!
Don't like to cook? No problem. Publix is one block away. InstaCart delivers in 2 hours from many local stores: Publix, Whole Foods, and even Costco! Liquor store is one block. Lots of delicious restaurants deliver here too.

All linens provided, including pool / beach towels.
2023 Brand new washer/dryer. We also provide unscented / hypoallergenic: laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets.
Also included in the master: unscented Dove body wash, and Pantene shampoo and conditioner.
Anywhere you need soap, is Mrs. Myers soap.
Both bathrooms also have makeup removers, dental flossers and Q-tips.
