If you stay here, the beach is at your door - you will not have to drag beach chairs, toys, & umbrellas for blocks. After a day at the beach, sit on your very own 6th floor private balcony, relax and listen to the sounds of the waves, watch the dolphins as they swim (truly!), and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Since our beautiful condo is walking distance to fine restaurants (from $ to $$$$) and great shops, you really don't need your car till your stay is over..... Unless you wish to go to the Tanger Outlets to shop for great bargains a short drive away on Route #1. The Tanger Outlets consist of three shopping plazas of every store you can think of. Remember - all purchases are tax free!
Enjoy ice cream and people-watching on the lively boardwalk, which is filled with rides and games just steps away at Funland. Then you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves, and when you wake up you can have coffee in your pajamas sitting on our balcony enjoying a postcard view of the ocean sunrise. In season, enjoy our on premises swimming pool with chaise lounge chairs & umbrella tables. The Lifeguard is on duty, and there are showers, restrooms and vending machines.
The full kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and microwavable cookware are included in the kitchen.
Guests supply their own toiletries, sheets, towels, hair dryer and paper supplies.
Reservations include parking for one vehicle only. There is private, locked basement garage, which keeps your car cool and safe. On-site management and security make this the top vacation place for couples (young and old) and families. The Manager of the building lives on the premises so your vacation is worry free should you need something. He is at the lobby desk 7 days a week from 9-5 during the high season and 9-4 in the off season.
Per management, there is a non-negotiable "no pet allowed" policy. Note that management will ask you to leave immediately if you bring an animal.

We began vacationing at Rehoboth's Star of the Sea with our family in 1989. We fell so in love with the building and atmosphere that we saved our pennies and bought our own condo, which we hope you will share!

I just spent 2 weeks in #608 which is also owned by the Connelly's. One could not ask for a better place to spend a vacation- clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Cynthia has thought of everything. If you are going to vacation at the ocean, this is where you want to be. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else. Also Bill and Cynthia are delightful to deal with.
We have stayed here for the last five years and love the apt! The location is perfect! Just love falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves breaking and this year the full moon over the ocean was breathtaking. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and always spotless. The owners are very accommodating . The first time we stayed there, we called them to find out the color of the paint so we could use the same color in our bedroom at home. We are looking forward to returning next year!

There is so much to say that I don't even know where to begin. First, the view! Oceanfront view where you see dolphins jumping, the sun rising, boats sailing.. and hear the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing. There's nothing like drinking your morning coffee on your private balcony while looking at the ocean. You can even wave to family sunning in the sand below you! The condo is within walking distance to EVERYTHING - restaurants, Funland, mini-golf, shopping, etc. The outlets are a five minute drive away. The owner provides ample advice from restaurant recommendations to how to go about renting bicycles. I truly cannot say enough good things about this condo, which is why my family and I return year after year.
Thank you so much for sharing the Unit with us! We truly have enjoyed our (numerous) stays there! The Unit is impeccably kept, spacious, and contains every possible utensil and/or gadget one would need in the kitchen. The location on the Boardwalk is perfect--accessible to all by foot. The oceanfront view is breathtaking; waking up to the sound of the ocean and drinking a cup of coffee on the balcony is a true delight. We look forward to returning!

Half of the rent,tax,processing fee & security deposit is due within 24 hours of making a reservation. The balance (half of the rent,tax,processing fee & security deposit )is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
The cancellation policy is that if the condo cannot be re-rented the tenant will forfeit all the money. If it can be re-rented the tenant will forfeit 30% of the total rent.
