Bright newly renovated 3rd floor flat. Balcony overlooking traffic free street.

PRETTY COMFORTABLE 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT. 1st letting May 2008 after complete renovation & renewal of floors,doors, & reconstruction of kitchen, bathroom & separate toilet. The windows have been renewed with double-glazed units. Before our purchase of this flat in 1974 we picked what we considered the best position in Benidorm & bought in the sea front building at this point. For years we have had very happy summer holidays with our 3 children in this ideally situated & happy flat. It is so close to the sea that you can leave in bathing costumes & flip-flops to cross the safe pedestrianized sea-front & sit on the beach in view of the balcony. It is in a 4 storey block with a comfortable balcony overlooking a main pedestrian street with tables & chairs from the cafes either side providing interest by street entertainers & musicians in the evenings & a good view of processions on Carnival days. When you want to eat out there are excellent Spanish & international restaurants & cafes nearby.

Arrival & Departure Days: On arrival & departure days we normally require the flat to be vacant between 11 am & 2 pm for cleaning & renewing of linen.

Newly refurbished with tiled flooring throughout. Very clean and comfortable flat within immediate reach of beach and town centre. New lift from downstairs tiled patio suitable for push-chairs. Secure 24hr. monitored parking is available 5 minutes walk from the apartment at an extra cost. Recently connected to Astra 1 satellite which receives 4 English speaking News Channels;including BBC World Service, but not UK regulars (BBC1, ITV, etc.) You can see the building on the Levante Beach. It is the 3/4 storey red-brick building to the R (E) of the 7/8 storey Hotel Selomar recognizable by the blue netting covering it at present for reforms. We were asked recently if we would allow a very small sweet dog and we had to say sorry, no animal pets no matter how sweet they are! Also you can't smoke in the flat, but, if you must, you can on the balcony!

Have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday, firstly a huge thanks to Pilar and Ian who are wonderful hosts.

I had messaged the couple before arrival to confirm some details, they were quick at responding and answered all questions i had with no trouble. Ian greeted me at the apartment on arrival, what a wonderful chap - Friendly and personable! Showed me around, took an interest in me, which i thought was a lovely touch - i did not feel like "just a customer". During the visit we had an text just to make sure we were happy and a lovely text when i arrived home (as i was on holiday celebrating!).

The apartment is clean with everything you need for a relaxing break; situated on the beachfront with bars, restaurants and shops galore right on the doorstep! Double-Double glazed windows to block out any noise from the streets! Whilst i do not have children; I could see a family loving this place and not having to travel to far for anything!

A 5 minute walk and your in the heart of the old town with some wonderful bars and Tapas - this is also great for visiting some of the great gay bars of Benidorm!

If you do visit, you will not leave unhappy - Welcoming wonderful hosts, wonderful apartment and super location! Very secure with lift access!

Oh and... amazing shower water pressure and always hot water - Much better than a hotel!

Fabulous stay!

Me, my partner and 4 boys stayed at this apartment for 11 days, great apartment with air conditioning,, fans in the 3 bedrooms, it was just like Home from home. The apartment is in a great location right near the beach in the old town and very close to shops and restaurants.

Pilar and her husband have been very accommodating and very helpful from start to finish! We will definitely be returning and will recommend to our family and friends. A***

Brilliant stay

A lovely week away in Pilar and Ian's lovely apartment. Have stayed here several times now and they always make us feel welcome and make sure we have everything we need . Very highly recommend, we will be back again 😀

It is only 50 yards from the excellent deep sandy Levante beach adjoining the quaint 'Old town' previously a fishing village on the central cliff mound housing the old Church of St James & balcony plaza with spectacular views of Benidorm's 3 beaches & surrounding mountains including the Puig Campana mountain with it's missing tooth! Close by is calle Santo Domingo a street full of tapas bars serving mouth-watering delicacies. Benidorm is renowned for it's quantity & quality of attractions with beautiful surrounding countryside & mountain scenery. The attractions include Aqualandia (Water park), Mundomar park with super Dolphinarium exotic birds & sea-lions, Terra-Natura with elephants lions & tigers in beautiful extensive grounds & Terra-mitica park of the ancient civilisations of the Mediterranean all within easy bus ride. There are 2 large open markets held locally on Wednesdays & Sundays. Benidorm Palace provides supper with theatre & dancing.
