Owners recently completed a 9 month renovation of this property as a showcase home for Waterlilly Interiors. All flooring, fixtures, furniture, appliances and bedding have been replaced as part of this extensive project.

This property is perfectly situated less than one mile from Deer Valley Resort and two miles from downtown Park City in the quiet neighborhood of Solamere located in Lower Deer Valley. This 5,000+ square foot property lives large across three levels. Great for multi-family vacations, there are numerous gathering spaces on the main level and an entertainment room in the lower level.

The main level has a well appointed gourmet kitchen with a dramatic white quartzite bar, living room, and dining room - separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is also a separate den with another fireplace and LCD TV. The front of the house has Deer Valley resort view's from every window and a large wood deck for soaking in the sun after a long day of skiing.

The top level has three king bedrooms including a generous master suit with fireplace and private deck, and two spacious bedroom’s – each with en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. There is also a ladder accessible loft with two twin beds. Finally, there is a separate front-loading washer/dryer in the upstairs hallway.

The lower level has two large bedrooms with en-suite bath in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with two custom double bunk beds. The bedrooms are separated by a large entertainment room with 3D Projector/Surround Sound and 120" screen, separate Plasma display, DVD, and stereo. There is also another laundry room on this level.

The three-car garage has plenty of room for vehicles and winter gear as well as a Ping Pong table. Large wooden deck in front and off and an Arctic Spa jetted hot tub and Weber Genesis gas BBQ on the back deck.

Our party (8 adult women) rented this property for a customer/client ski trip. We could not have been more pleased with the home's size, accommodations, furnishings, and distance to both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. The main level and upstairs bedrooms in particular are just gorgeous -- from touches like the fabulous antler chandelier in the Great Room to the mountainous kitchen island. Despite some very cool weather, we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Also a big plus was the warming closet for boots, located in the garage. For many in our group, this was our/their first visit to Park City and what an impression this property left. Thank you to the owners who even had staff shovel the drive-way and the back patio (around the hot tub) during our stay, unprompted. Hope to be back!

Beautiful Property

I was very nervous about renting a home directly from an owner but took the plunge and booked this property for our family ski trip. Once we arrived I exhaled as the property was exactly as pictured in the listing photos and just perfect! The location of this property is great for skiing at Deer Valley or getting to Park City and the Deer Valley shuttle will pick you up at your door within minutes of calling them.

The property is very well maintained and the furnishings are upscale. The owner is very easy to work with and has a local property manager in case of any problems (and we had none!) The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are top grade. The bathrooms are nice and the heated floors are great. The home is a town home and attached to another and we did not hear a sound from the house next door (and we met the people staying next door to us one day and they didn't hear a peep from us either - and we had two noisy kids!!) The area is a quiet one - mostly town homes.

We did not use the loft bedroom but it is rather small but the other bedrooms are all very roomy. The downstairs room has bunk beds and it is a great place for the kids to sleep and play. We had an infant in our group and the owner provided us with a pack and play and high chair as well. Just really a great vacation in a fabulous property. We will return!!!

What an incredible home!

This rental property is incredible! The design of the house is beautiful, every thing in the home is brand new and the location is perfect. The amenities are great as well - a steam shower, beautiful bedding, a hot tub and even heated floors. We arrived to a spotless house and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The owners were friendly and easy to work with, they even put us in touch with a local concierge. I would highly recommend this property. It is absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic vacation in Park City

Our stay at your home in Deer Valley was fantastic. The house very clean and after a long flight, it was nice to feel immediately at home.

The pictures are spot on as this home seemed practically brand new with all the modern amenities one would expect while keeping things rocky mountain cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the days we felt like cooking. The bathrooms were terrific with heated floors and great fixtures. The furnishings were high end and we could really appreciate the level of thought and design that went into the place. Our kids loved the bunk room in the lower level as well as the loft above the living room. The hot tub was terrific and certainly helped everyone unwind after long days filled with fun activities.

The location of this place is amazing! We were pleasantly surprised to find out we could try stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, hiking or just ride the chairlift by literally just walking out our front door! We also saw 2 moose on our last day as we drove out of the neighborhood!

The town of Park City is a 2 minute drive and has lots of family friendly activities everyday. On Sunday, lower Main Street is closed off for the weekly Silly Fest with food and craft stands, live music, beer garden etc.

We also liked the bottom of Park City Mountain where we went down the alpine slide as well as the zip line. You can do this and more at Olympic Park which is less than 10 minutes away. Also adjacent to Olympic Park is the shopping are of Red Rock with movies, bowling and lots of restaurants.

Most people think "Snow" when they think Park City but the summer season is magical. It was 75 and sunny with no humidity every day we were there. We couldn't have had a nicer trip and we highly recommend this home to anyone during any season.

Top of the Line

After having tried 8 previous condos, at multiple ski resorts, including 2 prior condos at Deer Valley, I believe I have found THE place to stay in Deer Valley. My wife and I, along with another couple, just spent 5 nights at this wonderfully remodeled townhouse. All the features of home, along with comfort, warmth and convenience are incorporated in this unit. The owners are prompt in responding to any questions and have chosen a unit on the free shuttle route to the base of Deer Valley. In addition, the unit is a 5 minute walk to the free town bus (runs until midnight) that takes you to Main Street (Park City) and the dozens if restaurants and galleries. If the weather is being unreasonable, a call to Citiride (taxi service) will provide door to door service in town, for $12 each way..with very pleasant drivers who know their way around town. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Deer Valley, and we and our friends are already looking at our winter calendar to plan our next stay here.

Superb Townhouse in the heart of Deer Valley

We had never been to Deer Valley in the Summer, and are so glad we came. This is a superb townhouse in the heart of Deer Valley, convenient to everything this first-class resort has to offer. The townhouse is beautifully decorated -- everything is new, fresh & well organized, and the furnishings and bedding are comfortably luxurious. The mountain has plenty of hiking and bike trails to explore -- the owners left helpful guides to enhance our stay, such as detailed trail maps, dining-out menus, and a guide to Deer's Summer Music Festival. We also took day trips to Sundance and Antelope Island in Salt Lake, and fit in a couple awesome national parks (Bryce and Zion) on an overnight trip. After Zion’s 107 degrees, it was a joy to come back to the mountains where the climate is much cooler in August, and you can sleep with the windows open. To relax we enjoyed drinks at the St. Regis and Montage on the mountain, and dining at restaurants in nearby Park City and at Log Haven (highly recommended), a half hour away in the hills above Salt Lake. We hope to come back again, any time of year. Thank you very much for making our stay that much better.

We chose the location of our property near Snow Park Lodge because of its easy proximity to resort, town, and nearly door-to-door highway driving from SLC. Deer Vally is a short walk, door-to-door shuttle, or drive from the house. Park City Resort and Canyons are also an easy shuttle or drive. Sometimes, we drive to Alta, Solitude, and Snowbird in search of late season powder in less than 45 minutes.

The quite setting in a residential neighborhood away from a major thoroughfare also makes it a great place to relax with friends and family without the city noises you left behind at home. This is truly a special place.
