There are lots of restaurants to choose from and the shopping will keep you busy when you are not enjoying the mountain activities.I am looking for mature adults or families who wants to be comfortable on their vacation and NOT pay the high hotel pricing.

This Whistler rental is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including complimentary tea/coffee, condiments and spices. This home comes with an additional flat screen TV in the master bedroom that hangs on the wall above you! Enjoy the quiet mountain view and valley trail from the window seat with a peek-a-boo view to the 2010 Olympics Medal Plaza. Even tho parking is provided free of charge, you won't need a car at this location as you can walk anywhere from the Marketplace Lodge.

Enjoy the complex hot tub after a day outdoors and use our bath robes provided. Walk to lifts or board the free shuttle that runs past the marketplace every 3-5 minutes during ski season. In suite storage for skis and Washer/Dryer provided for your convenience. Don't delay, reserve now as I tend to book up fast! Monthly pricing is available on all my properties - Just ask. Professional cleaning is included before arrival and after departure only. Additional cleanings can be ordered at any time.

This location is the best in Whistler! Close to all amenities yet away from the pubs and nightclubs of the main village. Walk anywhere! Air Conditioned for those 30+ summers!! and FREE parking where other lodges/hotels charge can be $15-$25 per day. The Olympic Plaza at the back of the hotel hosts several free concerts and many events - Iron Man, Wanderlust, and the Vancouver symphony to name a few

What makes this condo unique

The village north properties are great fun and close to all the village has to offer, so if you want to dine out most nights and enjoy the atmosphere, this is a great place to be. Best of all, the hotel is AWAY from the pubs and nightclubs for those who like their sleep!

What a great place. We rented unit 219. The building is pretty secure. You need keys for every door and to operate the elevator. We always felt safe. The Marketplace is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy part of the village so the complex was really quiet, more so than I would have thought. Unit 219 was impeccably clean and completely updated. Great new walk in tiled shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchen has everything needed to cook in if you don't want to eat out every night. We did as we were there for two weeks. Unbelievable collection of movies on CD if you have the inkling. We were usually falling asleep after dinner. Plenty of linens, towels, etc., all new and clean. There's a tiny laundry room where you also store your skis. Great to have a washer and dryer in your unit I'll tell you. Also some boot dryer/warmers are available if you don't have your own. Nice wildlife related art and decor all over the unit, very tastefully done. Location is very close to the supermarket, which is a big plus, liquor store, drug store, specialty shops, and lots of little restaurants all within a couple minute walk. Many many more restaurants and shops within ten minute walk. The Blackcombe and Whistler Gondolas are about a 7 minute walk or you can take a shuttle that stops right at the Marketplace. The unit owner, Jacquie, couldn't be more accommodating. She worked with us over a ten month period to make sure our stay was enjoyable. You don't find that too often these days. Like I said, this place was perfect for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jacquie for your hospitality.

Clean and convenient. Great for shuttling to mountain base or walking to village

Property a bit dated, but absolutely no concerns about facilities or cleanliness. The unit itself has been upgraded and was great. The owner was very involved in ensuring that our stay went without a hitch - and that was much appreciated!!

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review Kevin. The strata is continuing to upgrade the hotel with a new lobby just last year and new hot tub area in the last 2 years. I believe carpet and hallways are to be done this year so as with any property it is a continual job. Since I have owned my condo, I have upgraded it 3 times already so it is ongoing. The location of the Marketplace is second to none and I thank you again for being my guest and hope that you come again :)

Wonderful stay at Whistler Village

We had a wonderful stay at Marketplace Lodge #219. The apt itself is spotless and comfortable. The location is close to everything: shuttle stop, drugstore, post office, grocery store... Owner Jacqueline was super responsive to any correspondence. Her recommendation on local ski gear rental and restaurants was very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, perfect for a couple

Our three night stay was great. It was our anniversary weekend and for the two of us the condo was perfect and conveniently located and in walking distance to everything the village has to offer. The supplied DVD collection came in handy when the weather turned sour for one of our days there. More than two people could make this place work, but it is not large. The owner was very attentive and responsive from the moment our reservation was confirmed, even calling the condo the day we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely book this place again

Excellent location with attention to every detail

The location of this condo is excellent, right in the whistler village giving you easy access to shops and restaurants.

The inside of the home is extremely well cared for. This unit is very well equipped to suit all of your needs for winter or summer fun! Would rent again without hesitation.

Fantastic place #219!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for my 2016 Ironman Canada race. What a fantastic place Jacqui has! It is very clean, quiet, convenient location and all the amenities we needed were available. Everything is within walking distance and we didn't have to take our car out anywhere during our stay. I highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting Whistler Village! Big Mahaloz for a great stay!

It was great place for our stay

We had a great experience - access was fine, parking was free (which is less and less common) and we were able to part 1 car in a visitor spot so we had both in the garage. It is close to everything we needed (Groceries, liquor store, el Furniture Warehouse) and was a short ride to the lifts. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room but when we were there, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I'm a Whistler regular and will check in with Jacqueline next time I'm heading up. RIDE!

Car: not necessary

Whistler is a year round resort with numerous things to do including Helicopter sight seeing and Glacier Skiing! Hiking and mountain biking to name a few. Dog sledding, ATV's and Zip trekking too! Also numerous trails for walking, biking or picnicing by the lake. Swimming, canoeing and kayaking in the summer.
