4/4 coverage apartment for up to 10 people, 4th floor with lift, private terrace, in Praia do Forte, at Av. Do Contorno (current Av. Hilton Massa, 777 - beach promenade).
Large rooms, airy, ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and column fan in 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
A shared bathroom on the 1st floor suite on the 2nd floor and another bathroom in common use in the service area (3 bathrooms / baths).

Muito satisfeito com o imóvel, a recepção e atenção da síndica, Eliane. O imóvel condiz com o anúncio. Único ponto a melhorar, o controle de entrada e saída. Muitas vezes ao entrar e sair principalmente pelas manhãs e a noite, os porteiros pareciam que sumiam e ficavamos longos minutos esperando. No mais espero voltar quando a reforma da fachada estiver concluída para poder aproveitar toda a área de lazer. Obrigado
