This beautiful 2 story Coach House is located only 2 blocks from Lionsgate Hospital and 3 blocks from Lonsdale Ave. With high cathedral ceilings this open plane Coach House is something out of a magazine! Views of the mountains from the master bedroom that also has a den attached. Huge gourmet kitchen with large granite breakfast bar. In suite laundry and large patio and lawn space. Parking is right next to the Coach House in the driveway.
Master bedroom features queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and den with pullout futon and TV. Downstairs features a king size sectional sofa bed and large TV. There is also insuite laundry and main bathroom on the main floor downstairs. This house is perfect for a small family, business executive or doctor or nurse that wants to be close to the hospital!

Great stay

This accommodation is in an amazing neighbourhood, walking distance to groceries and amazing restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer & dryer was a huge bonus. Very fair price especially for Vancouver. Would be absolutely 5 stars if it had air conditioning…it got to be 32 degrees inside the property in the evening which made for a pretty miserable sleep. Would stay here again, but not during a summer heat wave.
