Hi, my name is Rebecca Yurkanin. I am an Arizona native, with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. My husband, Matthew, was born and raised in North Eastern Pennsylvania. Our family currently resides full time in Arizona. Although, I am typically 3 hours behind the east coast time zones, I strive my best to answer any questions or concerns as quickly as I can, at any time of the day or night.
Why Rebecca chose Kingsley
For over 14 years, we have owned over 3 acres at Acre Lake and planned on eventually building a home there, to enjoy during the summer months. A few years ago, we found this beautiful home for sale that sits next to, and in front of our property. Now, we get to share this lake house with others.
What makes this House unique
Our lake house, which we call Legacy, offers peaceful, private accommodations while being located in a friendly, outgoing community. Because we plan to eventually retire at this lake house and get to enjoy it once or twice per year ourselves. When we visit, we update our home inside and out to accommodate our future guests in even a better, relaxing getaway.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
