This 9th floor Island Royale condo is so comfortable and relaxing you won't want to go home. Check in with the rest of the world if you must..there is wireless internet for convenience, or simply enjoy the fabulous views up and down the beach. Make some beach memories with friends and family. You can walk to restaurants and convenience store for ice cream and goodies.

The condo is decorated for both comfort and design. Our two bedroom condo on the 9th floor is fully equipped with every detail. There is an oversized rounded patio, which is perfect for reading, or watching the beach over morning coffee. The master bedroom and the great room both face the beach, no buildings or road to block the view.

The interior has crown molding, high ceilings, and beautiful GRANITE KITCHEN COUNTERS. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking. The full size washer and dryer in the laundry offer a real plus for an extended beach stay.

Bring your own beach towels and the rest of the linens are furnished. We have the best of the best with our private cleaning service. This unit is always ready for guests.

There is parking for 2 cars per unit on the property. The 2nd floor of the complex offers great fitness equipment with a view of the beach. There is an outdoor pool with swim-thru to indoor pool, hot tub, and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.

We are original owners of this condo. It is our home away from home. We live in Indiana so it is a bit of a trip to the beach. Someday maybe we will be able to stay longer than a week at a time. Treat the condo gently and with respect. We like keeping it a special retreat for everyone.

"This place is awesome!!!!! The condo was even better than the description. It's in a great location and proximity to everything. When we arrived the A/C was not cooling. The owners immediately acted and a repairman arrived within a few hours. I would recommend this condo to everyone. This is a place my family and friends will be visiting for many years.

Unit is very nice and has a beautiful view. Wonderful large balcony and Connie was so easy to deal with. I have rented a lot of condos through the years and I would have to say this trip was the least stressful and the most pleasurable. The deposit was refunded within a week! Thanks Connie for making our trip so easy!!!

One of our favorite vacations ever!!!

The whole family had an awesome time. We all really enjoyed staying at the Island Royale 904. Very roomy for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, nicely furnished, and the view doesn't get any better than this. Would really love to return here in the future.

Roomy accommodations in convenient location

We were pleased to find this place when we decided to travel on short notice. The owner was pleasant and prompt to reply to our inquiry. The condo was nicely appointed without being overcrowded with furniture. The balcony was especially roomy. It is hard to beat the location, which was about a mile from the Hangout. That is far enough away to escape the crowd, but close enough to walk if you choose.

Enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores.Condo was great, well maintained . The Smiths were great to work with. We have stayed in other condos in building over the past several years this was one of the best!
