Ground Floor unit, lanai opens to the lawn and tropical plants. This is unit # 114 in building 18. GREAT LOCATION! 2 minute walk to the beach, all on the resort's lush 35 acres. Our unit is a garden view deluxe or royal garden view. Overlooking expansive lawn area. BBQ's are close by. This unit is a 1 bedroom with newer king-sized bed. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens provided. Dining table inside and on lanai, towels and beach chairs available at the Beach Hut. Included with your stay.
Poipu Shopping Center is just across the street with fun shops and restaurants.
To make your life easier we have added the clean-out fee and (1) Towel & Trash Service to your stay. For a stay longer than
7 DAYS a FULL SERVICE CLEAN (Sheets, towels, amenities, sweep, trash,cleaning) is mandatory.This IS AN ADDITIONAL $70.00 PAYABLE TO CASTLE RESORT AT CHECK-IN.
Any additional SERVICE/CLEANING may be requested by our guests and paid directly to Castle Resorts.
Your reservation includes a free membership (for everyone staying with you) to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (pool, hot tub tennis, pickle ball, workout machines, cardio room, great sandy bottom kiddie pool section, basketball, shuffleboard and more). Parking and WiFi is also included during your stay.
Our condo is a short walk to beach where you can enjoy surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing, whale watching (in season) and swimming. Great beach to walk in the morning with your Kauai coffee.

Our friends Roger and Luane introduced us to Kauai when they moved to the island many years ago. We fell in love with this island. We have been guests of the Kiahuna for many years. We finally decided to buy a little slice of heaven so we can enjoy longer stays and let others rent when we are not. The close proximity to the beach, the lush grounds, gardens, athletic club, shopping center and golf course make things easy. We love to walk, hike, swim, golf and enjoy everything that Kauai has to offer. We chose a ground floor because we like to enjoy the lawn area. We also like the fact you don't have to haul your luggage or groceries up a flight stairs! We hope you like it as much as we do.
So close to the ocean. Lush grounds and landscape. Old Hawaiian feel. Buildings have unique architecture. Peaceful and happy place. Great waves to float in. Nice walking beach. Beautiful orchid and cactus garden. Nice onsite restaurant. You really don't need a car unless you are sight seeing.
We stayed in unit 114 for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The unit had everything we needed and the plantation shutters gave us nice fresh air. The Kiahuna Plantation is very beautiful and well kept. Everyone was nice and helpful. The beach really is a 2 minute walk. We enjoyed how many things we could walk to from the unit. Accross the street is a shopping center with restaurants, bars, a Starbucks and a convenience store. We definitely will be staying here again. It was wonderful.
We only stayed here for one night before flying home. The check in process was very easy. This condo was really great. We never made it to the beach but did spend a lot of time at the athletic club. That was a nice feature for sure. We were staying in Kekaha (West side) before staying in Poipu. Poipu seemed to be particularly windy. This condo was also conveniently located close to the road so walking to the Starbucks, restaurants and shopping was fast and easy. I would recommend staying here.
We enjoyed our stay. Great spot on the beach. Nice grounds. Condo was in good shape. Only thing missing is AC but that was not a huge deal. I would recommend this condo.
The Plantation is pure luxury. Very uncrowded with a lovely beach and peaceful grounds. No chickens on this side of Poipu Road!
We really loved Kiahuna plantation. As guided in this introduction, this property has a very easy and beautiful access to the beach, but also is so convenient to be close to the athletic club across the street where you can use it with member price. There is no a/c, but in December, it was rather cool, so no need to have one at all. Those guidebooks in the property were also fun to read. Owner was so kind and supportive. We hope to come again!
Excellent location, close to beautiful beaches, beginner snorkeling and easy shopping. We enjoyed the athletic club across the road daily. Condo has lovely traditional furnishings and an excellent lanai! Steve was a wonderful host and lovely to book with. We will be back!
It is all about location here. Property is pretty standard but all our needs were met to enjoy our stay at this wonderful location on the sunny, South side!
Once you are here you will be so happy just relaxing. Take in a sunset on the great lawn. Visit Kauai coffee so you can have morning coffee on the beach. Visit the Moir cactus gardens and orchid gardens which are self guided. Just be happy and enjoy the rainbows.

There is a $160.00 CLEANING FEE THAT HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR STAY. This fee is for your check-out clean and one(1) "Towels and Trash service" during your stay. This service replaces towels, replaces bath amenities and paper supply as consumed and removes trash and replaces liners. A Full mid stay cleaning is required per every 7 days of stay. The mid-stay fee is $70.00 and is payable directly to Castle Resorts at check-in. Guests pay for any requested House Cleaning.
