THIS IS A TRUE 2 BEDROOM UNIT!! 2 Bedrooms + Bunkroom!!! Not a 1 Bedroom + Bunkroom. The Lighthouse is the one newest and one of the nicest condominium complexes in Gulf Shores, and the largest condominium building on Pleasure Island! Lighthouse has all the most desirable amenities both in the complex and in this immaculate unit. Our unit is on the 7th floor. If you prefer a higher unit, we also have one on the 15th floor (LH 1507 VRBO# 94998). The unit are directly on the beach, with a large balcony (200 sq. ft.) facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors (and floor to ceiling windows) leading to the balcony, providing incredible views up and down the beach. NEW 43' and 39' flat screen TVs, plus BluRay/DVD, in Living and Master Bedroom. King size bed in master, queen size in 2nd bedroom. NEW 24" flat screen with built in DVD player in 2nd bedroom. Queen size sofa sleeper, plus a bunkroom (bunk beds are suitable for children only). Free WiFi in unit - bring your laptop! Now with new KEURIG in kitchen, brews K-cups or carafes!

The Lighthouse is near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Sea and Suds is in walking distance! Complex amenities include: two outdoor pools (including a zero entry pool), one indoor pool, two hot tubs and an exercise room. The Lighthouse condominium is located on Highway 182 (East Beach Blvd.) 0.7 mile east of Highway 59.


*Please Note: Altho we are pet lovers, Lighthouse has a strict 'No Guest Pets' policy, which they have begun to vigorously enforce. If you are found to have a pet on premises, you will be subject to immediate eviction.*

Parking passes must be purchased from Security upon arrival.

Now a non-smoking building! Smoking is not allowed in the condo NOR on the balcony areas. There are smoking areas under the East and West garage ramps, and at the East end of the building in the grilling area.

Great stay! Perfect for a young family.

Wonderful condo, great location!

We loved the beautiful beach theme in this condo. It had everything we needed for the perfect family vacation. The location of the condo is awesome - right on the beach and close to dining and shopping! It is even close enough to walk to Sea and Suds or the Hangout.

The condo itself was lovely - very nicely decorated. It also had plenty of creature comforts - my family was excited to see they would have things like a Keurig, tvs/DVD players, free wi-fi, etc. I personally loved the large balcony with table and loungers to eat breakfast or relax with a book!

The complex has three pools including a zero entry and indoor pool. And of course, the beach is stunning.

The condo owners were quick to respond and very nice! We will definitely be coming back to this condo!!!

Good but not Great

Overall the stay was acceptable. Second floor parking was an issue. Opted

To park on third level. Much better. Our unit is due for a few upgrades. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced entirely. Couch okay but green chairs need to go! Cost per night high for what we received. Figured out to more than $400 per night. Beach and water nasty but owner can't be held responsible for that! Sorry I can't give a better review but it is what it is!!

Owner's Response: So sorry that parking was an issue for you! There are three parking levels, and guests are welcome to park wherever they like. We will certainly address the furniture items you have mentioned. Gulf Shores beaches and water are generally exceptionally beautiful; sorry you experienced the beaches at less than their peak!

Beautiful gulf view

The owners are great to work with . Took care of any issue we had ! The condo was nice , could use a new mattress in the master bedroom , and some comfortable chairs in the living room . The balcony view is beautiful . We will be back 😃
