This is not a condotel or a "resort"! This building is a residential building so it is quiet, safe (Security key is needed to get in building from any door or garage) and all hallways are interior. Washer/Dryer in unit, full kitchen, new 18-inch tile floors. There are many windows directly on the ocean in Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom.
Indoor and Outdoor pools. Lobby has waterfall and fountain with office manned Monday thru Friday.. Underground parking and glass elevator. You will LOVE THIS, it is truly a beautiful building and unit. Fourth floor. Two balconies BOTH overlooking pool and ocean.
NO SMOKING IN UNIT.
Condominium docs require a minimum rental period of one (1) month.
I fell in love with this property as soon as I walked in the front door! I was amazed at the incredible views!

Great Owners, Great to deal with easy going people like them! As usual we arrived to a clean Condo.
The Heating and Air conditioning had to be replaced during our stay and it went smoothly! Our owners were very pro-active in dealing with it's replacement !

This is one opportunity you do not want to miss! The condo has continuous great views and access to a nearly private beach area. Only residents staying at the condo seem to be on the beach. Cars are able to drive on the beach but you do not have to worry about people parking or crowding your area. The owners work with your needs and are great people. This would be a wonderful stay for a single couple, 2 couples, or a family up to 4. I hope to revisit every year!
4th floor ocean front condo with underground parking. easy to work with owner. great location. clean, comfortable, nice pool both an indoor and outdoor. I would recommend this condo to anyone. this is out 4th year and plan to be back next year.
We rented this condo from late January to the end of April 2013,
The location of the condo was as expected and as described by the owner. It is very close to everything like the Pharmacy, a Publix grocery store and a Bank all within a 3 minute walk.
The condo was immaculate when we walked in and we made a point of keeping it that way as we intend to go back for quite a few years to come. We have already booked our 3 months for next year and plan to add another month the following year.
Debbie, the owner, is a very nice person to deal with, very quick to respond to the few items we needed taken care of during our stay. We really appreciated all she did for us and for her Condo as our request were basically to improve on what was already there.
The Condo building itself is probably the cleanest and best kept that I have seen during all of my stays in Daytona. The site manager and staff were also very polite and accomodating.
We would definetly recommend this condo friends and relatives !
We left some wine glasses in the kitchen cabinet for everyone's benefit ... Hope they are not to big for you!!!

We rented this unit from Dec. 25th thru Jan. 31 2013. Could not have wanted a better unit to rent. We have been coming to Florida for the past 9 yrs for Jan. & Feb to get away from the cold for awhile. This is one of the nicest units we have had. It was exactly like the pictures shown, right down to the decor. The owner was very easy to work with, she even let us check in on Christmas night, how many will walk away from family time to let a renter in? There was only one problem - we couldn't get it for Feb., it was already rented! Debbie even gave me name of another owner in the building so I could see if she had an available unit for us to stay another month. Would rent this unit any time, we have already inquired about 2014! Upon arrival unit was dirty, worn and smelled of mold. Dirty outdoor sliding door screens were stored behind bed, dirty windows, dirty molded shower curtain, two bar stool legs taped to hold together, dirty oven/stove, leftover food in refrigerator, broken dishwasher, worn bed linen and towels, two small old televisions the one in living area not operable and neither remotes operate televisions. Most of our television watching was in the building's lobby social area. Paid for this unit upfront or would have been gone and not even taken our luggage out of the car. When Condo owner was contacted we were told TV would be replaced but we never heard back from owner until we received and exit e-mail at the end of our two month rental. Only positive thing about the unit was the great ocean view once we cleaned the windows. The building itself was acceptable and the staff were nice. But, take our advice don't stay in this rental!!

Payment for full rental period plus cleaning fee due in full on arrival. Payment must be made by Certified Bank Check, Money Order, or cash.
