Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a very desirable gated private resort community between Ft. Myers and Naples . The 550-acre gated community offers 27 holes of golf, six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, golf practice facilities, a fully-equipped fitness center, bocce, pickle ball, walking, jogging, biking paths, six heated pools and spas, a boat beach shuttle to the Gulf of Mexico and much more.
Pelican Sound borders the Estero river and connects to the Gulf of Mexico through the Estero Bay. There are a multitude of beautiful white sandy beaches nearby and Naples, Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Island are just a short drive away. The community is just minutes away from shopping. Choose from Coconut Poin, an outdoor Simon Mall with over 140 stores, restaurants and a movie theater; Gulf Coast Town Center with nearly 100 stores and restaurants; Miromar outlets with 150 designer and brand name shopping points. Naples 5th Avenue and 3rd street with its many shops and restaurants is also a favorite place to visit. For baseball fans, the Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training stadiums are only 20 minutes away.
Those who lease at Pelican Sound transfer all the amenities during their stay. The transfer provides full access to the Golf club, tennis facility, fitness center, boat shuttle, use of canoes and kayaks and all community pools. The Mediterranean Style clubhouse hosts many activities as well as formal and casual dining. The River Club offers a large heated pool, indoor and outdoor casual dining as well as the previously mentioned fitness and boating facilities.
This first floor two bedroom, two bathroom condo can sleep six. The unit was renovated in early 2016 with fresh paint throughout, new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and new hardwood flooring. This condo is a home away from home with everything needed to feel comfortable and includes linens, towels, kitchen essentials, beach chairs, bikes, etc. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combo tub and shower. The great room is fully furnished including a very comfortable queen sofa bed. HDTV and wi-fi is also included. The new dining room furniture has seating for four. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Any special requests to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable will be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund if cancelled less than 60 days of occupancy, the deposits are not fully refundable and under a schedule.

About Tim Barhorst
I have been the owner of this wonderful carriage home type condo since 2006 and the 2nd owner as my family was the original owner in 1999. The condo has been mostly used for family but going forward it will be open to rent.

The carriage home condo was updated in 2016 with new hardwood flooring, paint, counter tops, and decor. This condo is kid and senior living friendly as there are No steps and very open. All appliances are either new or in good working order. I love spending time here as it the most relaxation and quality sleep one can get.

There is a 2 car garage with bicycles, beach toys & chairs, coolers, out door grill, and extra beverage refrigerator taking up the second side. The condo has full cable, Internet, A/C, heating, kitchen ware & utensils, dining area, lanai, and pantry.

The refund policy- Forfiture of full $1,000 deposit plus % forfiture schedule of total payments before lease start date as follows. 1) 10% within 60 days 2) 20% before 45 days 3) 30% before 30 days 4) 50% before 15 days 5) 100% after lease start date and taking possession. Subleasing is not prohibited under any circumstances.
