Pinnacle was great, Village at Breckenridge not so much
We booked a room in the Shavano condos in Village at Breckenridge. Overall, it was a decent place, however, the little things really added up, so that when the big thing happened, we decided to look for an entirely new property. Parking can be a pain if you have two cars ($20 to valet or try to figure out overnight lots); front desk staff (Village) were less than helpful, and seemed to be more interested in their fidget spinner (I'm not kidding) than their guests. Getting to the pool was a lesson in orienteering, you can either walk through the main courtyard or try to find your way through the maze of parking garages. I could go on, but when our patio started to flood with bright red sludge, we tried to wait out maintenance's response (which was mostly to pour quart after quart of industrial drain cleaner onto the patio, and track wet boots through our bedroom), we called the property management company (Pinnacle), who gave us a few better options around town at no extra cost. We decided to move to Ski Hill and enjoyed the rest of our stay. I would definitely book with Pinnacle again, but avoid Village at Breckenridge.

Great location for skiing & enjoying Main St

My wife and I will be closing on the purchase of this property on or before 11/30/16. We are so very excited to be the new owners of this highly sought after property at The Village at Breckenridge Shavano. The beautiful and unique town of Breckenridge is the perfect setting to enjoy your special getaway whether it is during the winter or summer months. The many activities, restaurant, and shops provide endless possibilities and our awesome property is right in the middle of it all. With this ski in/ski out condo located at the base of Peak 9, walk to the Quicksilver Super Chairlift during the ski season or walk 2 blocks to Main Street and enjoy all that this remarkable town has to offer. We truly hope that you will visit our special home-away-from-home getaway soon.
Breckenridge View Obstructed By Construction
Decent property, but there is a construction project outside of the unit just 50 feet away from your balcony view. Owner and property management did not make us aware of the scene and the noise in advance. This unit is also lacking in proper cookware. Beaten up skillets, no baking sheet, no pitcher, etc. Great location, good amenities but there was construction also going on in the building lobby so guests could only access the exits by going through the parking garage.
I think this owner and property management company should have alerted us in advance of the noise which began every morning at 6:30am outside our windows. They should have changed the pictures of the view as well to show the current construction project staging area outside the balcony,...the unit is on the 2nd floor so we got to know the crew pretty good.

So it will be a beautiful enhancement to The Village at Breckenridge complex during your next stay. We have also surveyed the kitchen furnishings and will be providing a full inventory of all of the kitchen appliances, utensils, and cookware anyone would ever need for their stay. However, your continued input is important to us. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would email the management company a list of items that you would suggest for the kitchen. Does not sleep 7
The condo is nice and the location is great. It is very close to main street which was perfect. Our one issue was with the sofa sleeper. The mattress has a VERY bad smell to it. The management company says it is because it is new. If that is the case I would return it immediately to the manufacturer. The management company did bring over a air mattress as a concession but that is not like sleeping on a sofa bed. None of our teenage kids would even consider sleeping on the sofa sleeper because of the smell and I would not either.
