BEAUTIFUL remodeled, CLEAN 2nd Floor Apartment in Silverlake area!!! Walk to soooo many hip, trendy clothing and specialty Shops, many different and ethnic Restaurants, Bars….the area has a Bohemian Feel. You will LOVE the neighborhood also. Likely 20 great places to walk to within 4 block range. You are going LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!!!!! PROMISE.

Great location & lovely neighborhood!
Randy made the check-in & out so easy! This was our first VRBO experience and, while I was nervous about the entire process, we didn’t experience one hang up! We were always able to find a spot to park; the one provided was a tad too small for our rental. Randy is very gracious to stock plenty of goods that one may need (blankets, pillows, paper towels, etc..). The entire experience was exceptional; in fact, my kids not myself wanted to leave!! Will definitely stay again!
Just as pictured - quiet neighborhood
We stayed at this apartment with our entire family. Accommodations were just as described and the neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe with my family there. There is a McDonald’s a half block away open 24 hours which was great for the kids! We had no complaints about the stay - neighbors were friendly and I would stay there again for sure
Lovely decor, spacious and well stocked.
We were completely satisfied with our stay in Randy’s Silverlake apartment. The location is superb with many unique restaurants within a block or two. The metro is a 15 minute walk and we used it several times to go to downtown LA with its Grand Central Market and Disney Concert Hall. We even ventured as far as Pasadena and Santa Monica. No car is needed!
And coming back to this comfortable sanctuary is a pleasure. Randy was very quick to respond to our inquiries. Many thanks for being such a great landlord!

It was. Nice clean. And cute apartment it’s upstairs but very nice And RAndy is great always answered questions and asked how we were doing thank you so much for hosting
We found our stay very comfortable for our family of 4. Property and pics were as described.
Spent 4 nights here and would stay again if ever to visit LA again. Easy walk to subway if want to use that mode of transportation. Parking space is indeed for a small car but nice to have. Only thing that threw us off at all was that one shower door (sliding style) was missing. We were afraid that we would have water all over the floor, but we didn't. Just a little "drafty". Overall an excellent place to stay!!!
We stayed at the property for one week. We were three with my daughter and my husband. The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of great restaurants, fast food and trendy bars. You feel safe when you walk from the condo to Sunset boulevard where you can find most of the restaurants. It was practical to be able to park our Buick Regal at the parking slot provided by the owner. A Von's supermarket and the metro station are within 15-minute walk from the condo. The appartment was in conformity with the description. It was clean and well-maintained. Although it is close to the lively Sunset Junction, the appartment is quiet. The deposit was refuned to me shortly after my return. Randy was very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting LA.
Grocery Store is 5 minute drive. Subway system is 15 minute walk away!
