About Vacasa, GA - Atlanta Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great little getaway spot

 • 5 of 5

This cabin was very cozy, clean, and perfect for families. The owners had thought of all the little details and conveniences that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is RIGHT on the creek and so relaxing to listen to the sound of flowing water all weekend. Kids loved exploring around the wooded lot even though it was unseasonably cold when we were there. Be aware that it is rather secluded. It was a good 30 minute ride from even a gas station/convenience store and it was difficult to find at night because the minor roads were not well marked. It is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to get away and reconnect with nature. Also close to Amicalola Falls State Park.

Serenity!!

 • 5 of 5

If you're looking for relaxation, this is a great place to lay your head. I loved everything about this cabin. They accommodated kids with the fun games and loads of boards games and kids DVDs. The creek was a bonus, I laid down in the master bedroom opened the balcony doors and let the sun shine in with the relaxation of the creek flowing by. This was my first time ever booking a cabin and now it won't be the last!

Perfect cabin, some quirks :)

 • 3 of 5

We completely love this house - the layout, size, property - everything is lovely. We came for a girls weekend in so rainy weather was all the better for us. We packed in our groceries - we should have planned to pack in food storage, foil, coffee filters, whisk, PAM spray for waffle iron. The gas was off when we came in so it took us a minute to get the gas heater and water heater pilots lit and warm water running (as a result the first day we had really sulfuric cold water!) - this went away by the second day; though the hot water storage was small so it was hard to fill the tub to the jets with *hot* water. There were a bunch of lights out and small maintenance issues so we let vacasa know (we were fine without them being fixed during our stay, just wanted y'all to know about them); maintenance was super nice and did come out anyway to fix them. He also lit the gas fireplace which was cool (but loud!). Overall this is a great choice for a remote and beautiful getaway; pack in the supplies you need cooking-wise & you'll want for very little!
