The house is as large and as beautiful as the pics suggest!
The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions during my stay!
Great for a large group!
We were a group of 11 girls and fit very comfortably! The layout of the house worked so well for us and we had everything we needed. It was a super quick and easy uber to get to South Congress, Rainey Street, etc. Only 15 minutes to and from airport. Courtney was friendly and always very quick with her response to any questions I had. She was also accommodating with letting us check in early. The one and only recommendation I would give is that while the pool was SUPER nice to have and we spent plenty of time there, the two lounges were in rough shape and probably due for a replacement. There was no where really to sit except for in the pool. But the pool itself was clean and huge and so great with the heat! I would definitely recommend staying here!
Beautiful & perfect location
We had the best time staying at this beautiful home! I highly recommend staying here- it was so close to downtown and plenty of space for our group. The pool is located in the shade of trees which is really nice and refreshing on warm days. Thanks again!
Wonderful family home
We spent a week with our children and grandchildren. The location is perfect for excursions around the city. The home is very clean and provides plenty of beds/rooms for kids and adults. Courtney was so responsive and courteous. Everyone enjoyed staying here.
Perfect house and location!
We LOVED staying in this house. We came with a group of 14 girls and the house and location were amazing. The house was perfect and so spacious! It was super clean and Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive. It is also located so close to South Congress which made getting to dinners, shopping, etc. so easy and it's just a quick 10 minute cab from Rainey Street bars. HIGHLY recommend!
Awesome house for a big group
We just left Austin for a bachelor party and this house was the perfect spot as a base camp for our large group. Tons of beds, lots of room, instant hot water heater which meant no cold showers for anyone and lots of upgrades throughout an awesome vintage tudor home. The pool in the backyard is an awesome retreat and is very private. The house also feels very private despite being in a residential neighborhood.
The location is perfect and everything Austin had to offer was only a 15 minute (or less) Lyft or Uber ride away. Courtney was a great host and was very communicative throughout our stay as well. Definitely recommend!
