Beautiful, spacious home convenient to everything Austin has to offer!
The home is even more lovely and more spacious than the pictures show! We were 10 girls in town for a long weekend and were so pleased with the decision to stay in Courtney’s home. The bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect and comfortable for all, and the kitchen and common spaces gave us ample room to hang out between exploring the city. Unfortunately our stay happened to fall during an uncharacteristic cold front, but Uber made it possible for us to easily and very affordably get everywhere we wanted to go. I would recommend Courtney’s home to any friends/family group!!!
We stayed here for ACL. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood close to everything Austin! Very comfortable and huge. Six bedrooms. Spotless. Perfect.
This is a perfect house for a large party. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the house has everything you need. We had a large family group for a wedding in Austin and the house made our reunion that much better. Thank you to Courtney for being a great host.
The house is as large and as beautiful as the pics suggest!
The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions during my stay!
Great for a large group!
We were a group of 11 girls and fit very comfortably! The layout of the house worked so well for us and we had everything we needed. It was a super quick and easy uber to get to South Congress, Rainey Street, etc. Only 15 minutes to and from airport. Courtney was friendly and always very quick with her response to any questions I had. She was also accommodating with letting us check in early. The one and only recommendation I would give is that while the pool was SUPER nice to have and we spent plenty of time there, the two lounges were in rough shape and probably due for a replacement. There was no where really to sit except for in the pool. But the pool itself was clean and huge and so great with the heat! I would definitely recommend staying here!
Beautiful & perfect location
We had the best time staying at this beautiful home! I highly recommend staying here- it was so close to downtown and plenty of space for our group. The pool is located in the shade of trees which is really nice and refreshing on warm days. Thanks again!
