Nice with a suggestion of supplying a fan for the guests as it got warm for our kiddos up in the loft area so we had to buy one...
Cabin was beautiful and in great shape, very spacious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Had everything you can image in the kitchen to use. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pack man game and hot tub, as well as having there own space.
Please be careful on the stairs they are very slick as I fell from the 4th stair from the bottom, landing on my left side, I was black and blue for weeks I do not recommend wearing socks on the stairs!! It does not feel good to all...
The only other thing is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable when trying to watch tv..
Great location but needs work
The cabin itself was in a great location and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and private deck but the bed and living room couch were very uncomfortable and there’s no shades in the bedroom so when the sun comes up there’s no sleeping in late. Additionally there was a musty odor to the cabin and the windows could use a good cleaning. With a few updates this cabin would be a lot more comfortable.

The cabin had everything we needed and was most comfortable.
Great Location Ok Cabin
First, I will start with the good stuff!!
The cabin was very clean, in a great location and had a wonderful supply of kitchen pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The upstairs area was great for the kids and they enjoyed the video game and hot tub!
Now for the bad,
When we got to the cabin on March 31st we had already been staying overnight at a few hotels so we were very low on clean clothes, so that night I washed our clothes and put them in the dryer. The next morning our clothes were still wet. So I called the maintenance number to get the dryer looked at and was told someone would be out that day, then never showed up. I called the next day and was told they came to our cabin but our dog was out so they left. However, we did not have a dog at our cabin and so I told them that thinking they went to the wrong place. Then they said they would be at our cabin between noon and 3 pm, again no one showed up and they never called. So I called back and I was told it was in the owners hands and I would receive a call, again no one called.
My family and I had to not only bring back dirty laundry from vacation but we also had to wash a few item and hang around the cabin to dry so we would have clean clothes to wear.
I was very disappointed with the run around I got, plus the dryer was still not working when we left on April 3rd 2019. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely hard as well, while that might be good for some people, it was very uncomfortable for my husband and I.
This cabin was the most expensive cabin I have ever rented in the area and it was my worst experience and awful customer service. We rent in the area a couple times a year and I will never rent another cabin using Jackson Mountain Homes again.
We were extremely sorry to hear that you had issues regarding your the dryer. This should have been handled better and we apologize for any inconveniences that this caused you during your stay. Communication is very important to us and to hear about your experience, there was no rhyme nor reason for neglecting to respond to your concerns.
