Brand new home new to the rental market, nestled at the end of a quiet street just two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and 2 miles from Pier Park restaurants, entertainments and shopping. Adjacent to Pier Park is Frank Brown Park, which is a wonderful recreational facility that has a pool, tennis, and softball/baseball.

The large spacious covered front porch is equipped with two rocking chairs, a glider seat and a large lounging area with enough space for the entire family to enjoy.

This 1600 home offers a large fully stocked kitchen to include a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and all the kitchen utensils and necessities to cook a wonderful meal for your family.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a King bed, flat screen tv, his and her large walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom with double vanities. The large spacious shower and a Jacuzzi spa tub add to this exquisite master suite.

The first guest bedroom is located on the first floor, has a queen bed, large walk-in closet, flat screen tv with access to the hall bath.

Upstairs you will find two full size beds, a half bath and TV, which is great if the kids or young adults want their own space.

The full size washer and dryer is located in the hall closet under the stairway and there is access to the the back deck and patio through the back door.

The back deck features a 5 burner gas grill, a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining and lounge chairs to soak up that beautiful Florida sunshine.

There are two parking spaces and two outside hose spigots to wash the beach sand from your chairs and feet.

This house is a non-smoking, NO pets, family friendly house large enough to accommodate up to 8 people. Check in is at 4pm and check out is promptly 10am. There is a minimum of seven nights stay from Saturday to Saturday only from March 1st to August 31st.

This home is great for those looking for something off the beaten path. Close enough to the ocean yet far enough away from the crowds. The home has a quaint yet spacious cottage feel... we loved the beach decor and huge front porch!

5 minutes from the action

If you want a place that is loud, no sleep, horns honking at all hours, lights on all night all around you, this is NOT your place. However, if you want a wonderful new place with all the amenities in a quite nature field neighborhood then this IS the place. The best part, you are 5 minutes from all the action. The beach is 2 minutes down the road. After a full day of boating, swimming, go carts, goofy golf and dinner, your back to quite relaxing rest. Wind down time and sleep then back to the fun the next day! Good time for sure.

Relax and Unwind

This was a great getaway home for a family. It's away from traffic as it sits at the end of the road, providing some peace and quiet. The front porch is deep and breezy, adorned with string lights (I think LED). Our party included my husband and I with our 5 kids, some who are now adults. The kitchen was well stocked; there wasn't anything we needed they didn't have. I truly believe, and this sentiment is echoed by my husband, that Matt and Nancy put a lot of thought into creating a very comfortable home, paying close attention to detail.

When I make reservations, I'm always very nervous about paying for something I haven't yet seen. I always read through all the comments. One review mentioned bugs and cats. While we were there, no one saw any bugs. I can assure you with 5 kids, if there were any - we would've heard about it, from a great distance I might add. So no worries there. There were cats, however. But they are feral and there is very clear communication not to feed them because the neighbor does. If you have neighbors, you might be able to understand they don't always cooperate with you, even when you ask nicely. We're not cat people and they didn't bother us so there's that :)

The beach is a short walk, probably about 2 1/2 blocks. There's a little coffee/ice cream shop at the end of the street. We were able to find easy spots on the beach and come and go with ease.

The following comments don't have so much to do with the home, but someone may find helpful about the area. We drove in from East Texas; it was a long drive. I went to Walmart to grab some stock items for the week ahead. Beware if you go on Saturday evening. It was wickedly crowded with lines like shopping for Christmas. We went to several restaurants. We were very disappointed with Coconuts but really enjoyed Salty Sues. There's a market called Carousel just down the road. This is a great store with prices as good as, if not better, than Walmart. I wished I would've shopped here on the Saturday evening we got there.

We had absolutely no issues while there. However, I'm confident that had there been, they would've been resolved promptly. I did have several questions beforehand and Nancy was quick to respond.

Was not what we thought it would be.

The inside of the house was pretty nice except for occasional roaches here and there.

Out side of property was a nightmare, no shade junk everywhere. Roaches and ants on the deck and patio furniture . Cat's everywhere and for a person with cat hair allergie it was horrible cats laying on patio furniture and even on top of our vehicle.

Would have been nice if someone would have wrote that in the description of property!

And for the person renting property to pay cleaning fee and still have to wash and dry towels and take bedding off beds. Just a little much, never had to do that in the past 8 years coming to PCB and renting properties.

Wouldn't recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is something we would consider again.

We stayed here with 5 people and there was more than enough room for our group. The house is well decorated and furnished. All the ammenities are there when you get there. There is a nice front and back porch for sitting and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and all rooms stayed cool which we love. Checkout time is a little early at 10am but it worked out fine for us. Great place to stay at the beach.
