A place to stay that is convenient, two blocks from downtown. This is important because Breckenridge is now charging for parking downtown and streets adjacent to main st. With a free shuttle to take you to the ski lifts and anywhere downtown you want to go no need to drive anywhere. This is a large 1,050 sq ft 2 bedroom condo located in the historic district of Breckenridge among Victorian homes that have the charm of the late 1800’s when Breckenridge was a mining community. Still a lot of mining history and site seeing of the local mines and ghost towns are close. Two full baths, fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. New Smart TV in living room and 2nd bedroom to view your NetFlix and other streaming apps, flat screen HD TV in master with built in DVD player, cable TV, free wireless internet upgraded 2016, new really nice leather double recliner set plus full size leather queen sleeper with an upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress, new 2017. New king bedroom set in the master bedroom, new queen bedroom set in the second bedroom 2016. New floor covering in the dining, kitchen, hall and both baths. New carpet living room, and both bedrooms 2016. New cabinets in kitchen and new vanities with marble tops and new faucets. All completed and added in 2015.. Grocery store within 3 blocks. Free shuttle to downtown and ski slopes (picks up at corner). Our condo is supplied with linens, towels & a complete kitchen. New refrigerator and microwave in 2014 with ice maker. New tile to be installed in both bathrooms late Oct 2017. Our condo is cleaned and prepared with fresh linens & sundries for your arrival. (We do not have daily maid service).

Enjoy our indoor pool, dry sauna and hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking or just enjoying the area. Our heated garage keeps your car out of the weather in the winter and there is no extra charge for its use. There is also free parking on the east side of our building for additional cars. A view of the entire ski area from our second floor deck.

Check-in time is between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on the day of arrival. If the Unit is ready & available before 4:00pm we will make every effort to let you in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-ins. Please contact our management company Pinnacle at 800.872.8789 if your arrival is after 6:00 pm for late check-in procedures. Check-in procedures and the distribution of keys will be handled at our their office. There is a late check in box at this location.

The check in location is at 335 North Main Street

Breckenridge, CO 80424 which is a tan building and the first building on the right as you come into town 9 miles from Frisco.

Checkout time is 10:00 am. To ensure proper accommodation of any incoming guests, this checkout time must be strictly enforced to avoid additional charges equivalent to one night's rental. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. This also includes the deck. Additional cleaning charges will apply if unit smells of smoking. Have a wonderful time in our home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

It is so close to downtown we rarely drive to eat and shop. As of Dec 2016 Breckenridge will be charging for parking downtown. With a short two block walk you can just leave your car in our garage facility. Free shuttle picks up at our location and takes you to the Gondola, peak 7,8, and 9 or other places in Breckenridge. We have a great view of the ski area from our deck. Love the garage area in the winter to keep our car out of the winter weather. Indoor pool, hottub and sauna are a great way to relax after a great day of hiking, skiing or whatever you find to do.

Great Loaction to Main St and Shuttle.

Property was as described and looked like the photos. Kitchen was VERY well equipped with whatever you needed to cook or spices to use. If you don't find enough pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glassware then you are having too big of a party! Gary was a fantastic guy to rent from. After communication with him, they seem to be down to earth good honest people taking care of their customers. He stayed on top of informing me what was closed and even made recommendations of great restaurant's. After skiing you can go to the hot tub to relax. City Market is on the blue shuttle route as well! You don't need a vehicle either, Main St is 1 block away and shuttle stop 50yds. There should be more stars allowed to give for this property. I hardly ever give reviews, but this one is worth it people. Go ahead and read the rest of the reviews. This Condo is not Dated as stated in other reviews. I thought the wall décor and everything in the condo was to date. Some stuff on the outside might be dated. Read all the reviews to this property, there are mostly 5 star and some 4 star with only 1 review with 1 or 2 star posted. That should help make your decision! On my next trip to Breck we will be doing business with Gary. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

clean and roomy with a view

Nice two bedroom condo with a view of the ski resort AND two blocks off Main Street. We've stayed in this unit before. The showers have been retiled and look nice. The condo has access to an indoor pool and hot tub. Underground parking is included.

Very nice, spacious condo just off main drag

Very nice, spacious condo with mountain views just off the main drag of Breckenridge. Easy walk to all the main street restaurants and stores as well as Gondola to the mountain. Clean open common areas with two bedrooms and baths. Nice balcony seating area facing the mountain. We had a great anniversary weekend and look forward to returning.

A wonderful place to stay and you can't beat view

This is a five-star resort and the owners are awesome people very convenient to get to the ski slopes and the skiing was wonderful we also enjoyed skiing at Keystone it's only 20 minutes away I would highly recommend this five-star resort to all my friends it's a wonderful place and a wonderful winter vacation to ski with friends thank you for the opportunity and privilege what a blessing to ski in God made mountains and God made snow amen The ride up the Rocky Mountains from Denver and the ride back is worth the trip The Joneses

Very Nice Condo

Larger than most 2 bedrooms with two full baths made it nice for our party. Most definitely rent this unit again. Close to downtown, underground parking garage and free shuttle to ski slopes were a plus.
