1 bedroom, 1 bath newly built guest apartment on 5 acres with country charm
Come stay in our guest apartment on 5 lush acres in the rolling hills of Williamson County. Peace and quiet of being in the country & beautiful views while only being 15 minutes drive from Cool Springs and downtown historic Nolensville, 20 minutes to historic downtown Franklin, and 25 minutes to the center of Nashville. This large guest house has a full eat in kitchen with butcher block counter tops, living room, bedroom, and bath all newly constructed. You have exclusive use of the entire guest house. The guest house was just completed in October 2017 and everything is brand new. Butcher block counter tops & vintage country decor makes this a true gem. Kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and all kitchen necessities. The house is situated on a gorgeous hill on 5 acres just off the famous Wilson Pike and is on a quiet dead end street surrounded by beautiful scenic roads.

Peaceful country retreat
Great value and amazing remote retreat. Easy access to many cool towns and amazing country roads. I highly recommend this little gem.
This is an apartment in the main home, not a stand alone guest house.
I read the information several times, and since it was called a "guest house" throughout, I was expecting a stand alone, separate from the main house, guest house. Rather, it's a walk-out lower level apartment, with the home's bonus room above; at times it sounded like either a herd of elephants above my head or a roller skating rink. The Apple TV requires internet and the internet service was very sketchy, at times slower than dial-up. I also didn't see a DVD player. I went looking for a peaceful, quiet, weekend retreat to read, study, and rest and this was not a place for that. I left a day early because I was so disappointed.
This was exactly what my wife and I needed on our way back from Atlanta. We loved the tranquility of the property & having something more than just a hotel room. It’s like a 1 bedroom apartment. So much bigger than I expected.
Loved this place
Perfect place to come home to after spending the day exploring Nashville. The guest house is decorated so nicely and there's plenty of space. We loved being out in the country yet so close to all thing things we wanted to see. The owners we so sweet and helpful.
