INSIDE THE HOUSE
Find unlimited street parking outside this red brick row house, or take the 2 private spots in the back. From there, walk through the lush yard and gardens onto a quaint deck with table seating for 4 and step into a den.
There's a quiet office area here, along with a 40” flat-screen, gas fireplace, and a twin-size pull-out couch. A cute ½-bath sits off the den, and spiral stairs lead to the loft, where you'll find a full-size bed and a unique en suite bath with a toilet, open-style shower, and sink with bright white tiling throughout.
Back downstairs, walk from the den into the modern kitchen, stunningly equipped with 3 ½ dishwashers, a double bay sink, gas stove and oven, French door fridge, and 20” TV. Exposed brick and upscale design marry well in this sunlit room.
Off the kitchen and to the left is the master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, wood floors, and a gas fireplace. The opulent en suite bathroom features black marble counters, a jetted bath with a rain head shower, and gorgeous tile.
Further down and to the left of the kitchen is the formal dining room, with beautiful art accents throughout. Seat 6 at a round wood table on elegant cushioned chairs, and turn on the gas fireplace for more ambiance.
Keep walking to the back of the house, where the living room awaits. Seat 10 on a bench, sectional sofa, and 2 chairs. There's a fantastic theater and stereo system for hours of entertainment here.
Step on the front porch from the living room and relax on purple chairs among potted plants. The front door is purple too, so you won't miss this spectacular, one-of-a-kind duplex.
This historic, upscale duplex has a totally walk-able locale. Stroll to chic boutiques and restaurants, the Sounds Stadium, and the farmers market. Access to downtown and the interstates makes exploration easy as pie. Speaking of pie...
