Perfect condo in every way
Our family of five stayed for four nights. Bill was so responsive prior to booking the condo and equally responsive while in Durango, as needed. The condo is beautiful and the views from both bedrooms and the living room are mountains; coming from the east, the view was very important to us. One of our teens slept on the pull-out blow up sofa mattress and seemed very comfortable; the other two teens shared the twin bedroom. The master suite in total is very spacious. The condo came equipped with everything needed to cook; most condos at most come with salt and pepper. This one was stocked with all basic cooking ingredients (spices, condiments, oils, etc) so if you choose to cook, you need only purchase the food. And the pantry did have some food items as well, and we left some unopened items for future guests. The washer and dryer worked well. It was delightful, comfortable, a great location to everything at DMR, and a pleasure to work with Bill. Our five family members would all say the same thing -- stay here!!

Wonderful Christmas setting!
Our family of 4 spent the Christmas holidays at this lovely condo and it was wonderful. The owners were great to work with --accommodating, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. We were greeted with a lovely "welcome basket", and the unit was beautifully appointed. The pantry was a chef's delight! The ski lockers on the plaza made the daily trek easy. It's obvious that the owners greatly about providing a wonderful experience for their guests. We had a wonderful time!

What a great condo!
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 10 & 13 yr old kids) spent 5 nights at this condo in July 2013. This unit was absolutely wonderful and was better than the photos indicated. It fit our needs perfectly and the kids really enjoyed the activities at the mountain across the street (and the pool). I particularly enjoyed the hummingbirds which would come right up to us on the balcony (thanks to a feeder that one of the neighbors have). The in-unit washer/dryer were a savior too since this was one stop of a 17 night vacation through the Southwest and we were able to leave with all clean clothes. Parking for our rental car is in the basement garage which was very convenient. The location of this condo worked great since DMR is about midway between Durango and Silverton (each about a 30 min car ride away). We enjoyed a great trail ride at Rapp Corral (I would recommend the 2 hr cave tour), a jeep tour in Silverton (mini Ghost Town tour with Mild 2 Wild), and didn't have too long a ride to visit Mesa Verde and 4 Corners. This unit was clean, very modern with all high-end amenities, and extremely well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever with the unit and would happily stay there again if we return to the Durango area. I am very glad we chose this property for our visit to Durango.

Incredible Condo / Owners / Vacation
We stayed for a week at this incredible condo. The location was fantastic and the layout of the condo really worked for everyone. We had 4 teenagers with us and they were able to ski, relax and explore on their own. When we arrived there was a welcome basket for us and more "extras" in the kitchen then you can imagine. We had already gone to the grocery store before we got there, but they had the kitchen very well stocked with things you wouldn't want to have to buy just for a vacation. The owners were so nice and helpful beginning with before we arrived giving us helpful information on the town and snow conditions and throughout the trip with anything we needed. We've rented many times through VRBO and these were the best owners we've ever dealt with. The condo was practically brand new with comfortable beds and linens, a wonderful DVD library and incredible views.
