Curl up in the theatre room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and your own 72” TV. Master bedroom with large walk in closet, double sinks, king size bed, TV and a desk with printer for the business traveller - Even it has a great view. $500 Peso one time resort fee paid at check in. There is a $500MX Peso (about $30USD) per night resort fee charged at time of check in. It can be paid by credit card.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities

There was absolutely nothing about the experience that I would change. The condo is gorgeous and has great views! It’s well appointed and the checkin process was quite smooth. The 2 pools are amazing and overall the entire building is amazing. The building staff was always friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant in the building, which was quite affordability priced, made mornings super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without having to cook! Jesus was always quick to reply to messages and we never had a single worry.

Paradise

We had an amazing stay at Jesus & Tim's property. Jesus was a great host: timely, thorough, informative and responsive. The flat has spectacular views, we got to view the whales playing in the bay daily, well appointed as well as extremely comfortable - especially the beds! While the building is a bit removed from Zona Romantica it only takes minutes to walk to beaches via the beach path as well as into town via the main road. Also an inexpensive uber or taxi ride for late night transportation. We look forward to an opportunity to return next year!

Truly Awesome!

We loved everything about this property. The condo is spacious and has amazing views. The location is excellent being only a short walk to the Zona Romantica but a bit away from the crowds. The food at the on-site restaurants is excellent and very reasonably priced. Easy access to everything we could need for a great time!

Killer View.......Great Location

This is a lovely condo with an incredible view of the Bay and all of PV. The glass doors fully open so there was a real inside/outside feeling. We rented a car and it was a short drive into town for lunch or dinner, although we did walk along the beachfront a few times which took the same amount of time. The beds were super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with magnificent views!

The property is beautiful, has great views and is tastefully decorated. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The condominium is also well appointed, containing most things you would need on a vacation. We cooked breakfast at the condo and ate lunches and dinners out. This worked out well for us. I should note there is no regular Cable TV, if this is important to you. But you are able to stream from a variety of Apps such as Netflix, Amazon, etc., and there are TVs in each bedroom. Overall, I would book the property again if given the chance. The location is good and quiet at night, but you are a quick walk to the beach or cab ride to the Zona Romantica..
