This 3 bedroom, den, 2 bath ranch style home is located in the highly sought after single-family home neighborhood of Pine Ridge Estates. Situated on 1+ acres in the middle of Naples, it is amazingly private and conveniently close to the beach (approx 3 miles), high end shopping, fine dining, and the Artis Naples (Philharmonic). The back porch is great for grilling and watching the sunset over the trees. There is an over-sized, one car garage with plenty of outdoor parking for guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable, four post, queen sized bed, a large closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower. One guest room is equipped with a queen sized bed and the other has two twin captains beds - both with closets and plenty of drawers. The guest bath has a double sink and a tub/shower. The den is equipped with a desk, wi-fi, ethernet cable, printer, and storage unit, as well as a high end, very comfortable, portable twin bed and closet. The open floor-plan offers a large, well-lit space including the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen, all in a coastal theme. The living room has a couch and love-seat, while the dining room boasts a high-top table with room for six. The family room offers leather seating, a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has counter- seating for two and a quaint breakfast nook that seats 8+. In addition, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the over-sized storage room. Central Air and Heat throughout. Fresh linens, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided for your use.

I was born and raised in Naples and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My wife moved here from Indiana over 30 years ago, and all four of our children were born in this very home. Why Stuart Miller chose Pine Ridge

As a native of Naples, I always wanted to live in Pine Ridge Estates. So when the opportunity arose, my wife and I made it our home for over 20 years. I still think this neighborhood is the best in Naples, as it is unheard of to have acre plus lots so close to town. We have found Pine Ridge to be a haven in high-season, as it is so peaceful and quiet, yet so close to the action. Minutes away from the most beautiful beaches, great shopping (Waterside shops) and some of Naples hot spots (Mercato and Artis). It is a 15 min drive to downtown/ Olde Naples - which is also a great place to explore - but can be a little too crowded for my taste, especially in high season.

What makes this house unique

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood - not a tourist trap. So it is private - but not out of the way. You will be surprised how convenient this location is to everything you want to do in Naples. You too, can get a feel for what living in Naples is like - not just vacationing in a tourist town.
