Dear Sir
Our housekeeper reported and took photos of the apartment showing the state you had left it. One of the problems being you dismanteled the double bed and slept on the floor with the matress being in direct contact of the floor! Never have we experienced this kind of behaviour from a guest and found it to be a completely unacceptable use of the furniture. Regarding the heating, we advised you that at the time that you had the thermostate on a low level, we showed you how to increase the temperature on the digital control panel.
The charge as signed on the agreement by yourself was for cleaning the matress and putting the furniture back together, this was advised at the time.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes from West Brompton or Earls Court stations (District Line, Piccadilly (direct to Heathrow terminals), Circle & London over-ground – (direct to Gatwick) Buses are a few minutes from the apartment Easy access from Heathrow by rail/road. Airport transfers with our partner company. This apartment is within walking distance of Fulham Road, Kensington High Street and the fashionable King’s Road. A great choice of good quality restaurants and cafes and bars close by. London Tourist attractions: London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall. Chelsea Football Club at Stamford Bridge. Shopping: Kensington High Street, King’s Road or take the train from outside the apartment direct to Westfield (Europe’s newest and largest shopping mall) Cinema, Theatre’s, live music and casino’s all very close to the apartment.
