Charming two bedroom condo on the top floor of the C2 midrise with breathtaking unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. One of the most desirable units at Pinnacle Port. The furniture is high quality to make you feel comfortable and at home. The beach is literally steps away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk-bed and a second twin bed, plus a pull-out sofa, allowing for 8 to sleep comfortably. We also offer wireless internet!
Pinnacle Port is one of the most unique properties on the Gulf Coast in that it has a private beach, it is on a peninsula with the ocean on one side and a large lake on the other. The complex is contained within a gated community allowing for the added benefit of no thru traffic, which is great for kids. The amenities of the complex are unmatched by any resort in the area.
The number of repeat visitors is a testimony to the quality and ideal vacation spot for families year after year.

We stayed at Pinnacle Port for a pre-Thanksgiving vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my wife and I and our three kids. Some other reviews said it wasn't very clean but I think the owner changed the cleaner since then as we didn't have any problems. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and sent some good restaurant recommendations, although some of them were closed for the winter. All in all, it was a great vacation and we would come back again.
They need to hire a new cleaning crew!!!
First, I will tell you the good things. The ocean view is BEAUTIFUL! The property has two great pools, games, place to cookout, paddle board, kayak and nice place for a small amount of bike riding. The condo itself was nasty. I spent hours cleaning up before we could move in. I had to wash all the bedding (apparent fresh stains on comforters), so I did not trust that the sheets were clean either. There were trash bags of garbage in the freezer and refrigerator and it was not clean. The floors had not been swept or mopped, looked like for some time. The shower curtains were moldy. The bedroom rug was filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since new. I have pictures of all of this. With this said, they did give me back our cleaning deposit, but I spent my first day being maid on our vacation and frankly do not feel like this was as much compensation as what I lost. The unit is also in bad need of painting especially the woodwork. The door had been kicked in and was glued back together - not joking. Even though I loved the Emerald Coast, I feel like we were charged too much for what we got considering the condition of this unit. I would never rent it again. The owner had a previous bad review about cleanliness of the unit which they disputed. I should have accepted the review for what it said. That was a bad decision on my part. Again, I have pictures. I sent them to the owner immediately upon our arrival and like I said previously, they did refund my cleaning deposit, but I did not go on vacation to become the cleaning service and frankly would have charged way more than I was refunded for the shape it was in. I was very disappointed.
Unfortunately, we hired a new cleaning company this summer and they were very inconsistent. They decided to grow their business by volume instead of quality and occasionally sent temporary cleaners that did not take pride in their work. We are in the process of replacing that company and expect to get back to our consistent 4 and 5 star ratings that we have experienced for many years.
When this renter contacted us the day after they checked in to let us know the condition that the cleaners had left the condo, we immediately returned their cleaning fee without question. They never indicated that they were unhappy with that resolution until we read the review, but we felt very bad for what they walked into for their trip and wanted to make it right.
Due to the inconsistent cleanings and maintenance from the cleaning company this summer, we will be doing a full deep clean in October, repaint the condo, replace rugs that were damaged during this summer season, and ensure that we never get these types of complaints again.
With regard to the front door, it is completely functional and safe (just a strip of wood that chipped is glued). The condo association controls the replacement of doors. We have been approved for a new door but the installation date isn't until mid-October.
Pinnicle Port great! Condo not so much.
Beautiful view of the beach! Clean grounds and lots of activities for our family of six at Pinnicle Port. Living room furniture was very comfortable for our large family. Quite a few negatives for the unit however. We arrived to this condo at 4:30pm on the day of arrival and the two person cleaning crew was just getting started with their cleaning of the unit. They said we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to enter the condo. We returned one hour later to find the crew was finished but the condo was still very dirty. We had to wipe down almost all surface tops. It looked like the sheets on the beds where not changed. The floors still has a lot of sand and dirt and we had to sweep up a good pile of dirt and sand. The showers looked dirty and mold is growing on the shower curtains and corners of the showers. The walls in the second bedroom were filthy with dirt stains all over the walls next to the beds. Lighting in the condo was lacking with half of the halogen bulbs burned out in the kitchen and dining. Half of the lamps in the bedrooms did not work. The kitchen faucet was broken, leaning over like it wanted to fall off. Luckily it still worked. The unit had most amenities you would expect in the kitchen. There were not enough towels and bath cloths for our family of six however. We have stayed in many VRBO units over the past 20 years and it seems this one seems to be the most neglected we've experienced. The refrigerator started leaking while we were there so I emailed the owners. They did respond fairly quickly within 24 hours but chose not to send a repair person once I informed them it has stopped leaking the next day. I think if the repairs and maintenance would be kept up and a new cleaning crew were obtained, this would be a great condo to spend a family vacation.
Great place to Relax
The entire property is clean and well maintained. The condo was clean and well supplied. The view is amazing and there is lots of room. The furniture is really comfortable. Great experience.
Great location and a wonderful trip!
We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port! The condo had everything we needed, was very clean, and we had plenty of room for all of us (me, husband, two kids, and my parents). So convenient to just walk right out of the condo elevators and be on the beach! The beach was beautiful and there were barely any other people out there during our April stay. My kids loved the playground and pools also! Thanks for opening up your condo to us! We loved it!
Condo was filthy. Floors were so nasty we would not walk with bare feet !
I can't believe I was charge a cleaning fee!
We appreciate the feedback from all of our guests; however, we respectfully disagree with this renter. It just is not accurate. We use one of the best cleaning services in the area, PCB Elite. We received a 4 star review from a guest that stayed 1 week prior to this renter and a 5 star review from a guest that checked out a week and a half before this renter. The renter did not communicate any dissatisfaction when they arrived or during their stay. Our cleaning service is always more than happy to come back out and address any concerns of our guests if they find the cleaning to be unsatisfactory.
We have many repeat guests each year and work to be responsive to their feedback. One guest emailed last month that they loved everything about the condo but suggested that we invest in a new sofa as it was getting a little worn. We immediately responded and will have new living room furniture arriving in mid-May. We wish this guest would have been more proactive in their communication so that we could have responded to their concerns immediately during their stay.
