Newly remodeled with Hickory hardwood floors throughout, new kitchen appliances downstairs, and marble countertops, this mountain getaway has all the comforts of home! Downstairs area includes large kitchen, dining room, master suite, living room, crafters shop, breakfast nook, fireplace and washer/dryer. Upstairs area includes two large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room area, and upper deck access.
Beautiful wooded acre lot backs up to the forest, and is at the end of a cul de sac. Photos show many wildlife species and wildflowers found on the property. Although this location is secluded, it’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown Estes Park, and 10 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. A Rocky Mountain National Park Pass that can be used in the automated entry lane is included with your stay! (A $50 value) Fish Creek, a small tributary to the St. Vrain River runs along the adjacent property edge. Lake Estes Marina and all of its recreational activities and fishing are just minutes away!
Master Suite features a built in dresser, matching bedroom suit and a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress. Upstairs large bedroom features deck access, one queen bed with pillow top mattress, plus two twin beds. Second bedroom upstairs features matching bedroom suit and a queen size bed with sliding glass door deck access. Bath towels, linens and pillows are all provided. TVs in each living room are available. Both living rooms feature a large sofa. Internet on premises as well as movies, books, games and puzzles. Activities packet and coupon book for surrounding attractions and recommended restaurants is provided. Wood and fire starter logs are provided for your convenience.
Gourmet Kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with tableware and glassware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, cookware and spices for preparing your favorite meals! Includes everything you might need like crock pot, hand mixer, electric wok, and microwave. Keurig and K cups are provided as part of your stay as are toiletries and ‘hotel type amenities’ such as iron, ironing board, coffee maker, soaps, dishwashing items, paper goods and laundry soap. Dining room table seats 8, breakfast nook downstairs seats 6, and eat in kitchen upstairs seats another 2 people. The property features a propane BBQ grill ready for your steaks! The ‘desk nook’ is a great place if you have to catch up on work!
For the kids – this home is equipped with a portable baby play pack/crib combo, baby toys, and high chair. Kids utensils and cups are also provided, along with kids games and videos.
We realize that pets are part of your family and they are welcome at Wildwood Lane with an additional deposit. An outside dog run is provided on the property should you need it. Dog and cat bed, litter box, cat litter, food dish for dogs or cats, and treats are provided for your furry companion.
This is a non-smoking property, and there is absolutely no smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vapor) inside the home. No exceptions.
Estes Park is a fantastic town with much to do year round! In the summer enjoy golf, mini golf, shopping, indoor rock climbing, bumper cars, giant slide, scenic aerial tramway, marina and boating activities, hiking, visiting RMNP, and excellent restaurants. Or, take in a movie at the Park Theater, the oldest operating movie theater west of the Mississippi! Winter activities can include snowshoeing, cross country skiing, winter hiking, indoor rock climbing, glass blowing demonstrations, a visit to the historic and famous Stanley Hotel and a beautiful drive through winter wonderland. No matter the season, be sure to stop by the award winning Estes Park Pie Shop for a home-cooked meal and slice of the best pie in Colorado (according to various publications including the Food Network!)
