A lot to like, but wont be back
The automated check-in process was easy, instructions were clear, the beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were much appreciated, fantastic location, it was the perfect jumping off point for all the things we wanted to do, plenty of restaurants nearby and close to public transit which we used a lot. But I’m going to tell you why we won’t be back. The room was pretty rough around the edges, one of the curtain rods was hanging off the wall, the bath room door didn’t latch or close at all and there was mold in the shower. But worst of all we found the toilet wasn't working well when we arrived, reported it but no one was on onsite to take a look, someone came the next day and said it was a bigger problem and they needed to call a plumber, we were advised not to use it and “thanks for understanding”… the room should not have been handed over to us in that condition, and that we paid what we paid for a room without a working toilet.
