This apartment was just right for the five of us. We had 2 children and 3 adults - there was plenty of room. It had extra bed linens and towels. The kitchen had all the things to cook and past folks had left many condiments. There is a full size washer and dryer that
work great. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is not a problem. The apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and a park. We really enjoyed our time in Portland.
The house was well kept. There was no ac or ceiling fans. It did get overwhelming hot a few times on our stay. But it was perfect other than that
Cozy basement apartment
The apartment is super clean and cozy. My family loved it. Also within walking distance to the Alberta district was a huge plus. This place was awesome!
It was clean, neat, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Good place for exploring Portland
Nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.
Perfect location in a fun, yet quiet neighborhood-walking distance to all kinds of amenities.
We had a great weekend visit to Portland. This basement apartment was well appointed, great kitchen for cooking, comfortable and clean living and sleeping areas, and perfectly located in the Alberta Arts District. Close enough to walk to the fabulous New Seasons Market and a short walk to the heart of the arts district which has several restaurants, eateries, brew pubs, coffee shops, boutiques, and more. We had a car, but we didn't use it while staying here except for our day-long jaunt out to the Willamette Valley to visit wineries on a pleasantly quiet SuperBowl Sunday. No traffic issues out 99W or 99E on this weekend. What's more-even though we didn't venture into downtown- getting into downtown Portland is super easy via bus or train from this location. Kate responded immediatedly to any questions we had during our visit. The apartment was a gem. I would stay here again on my next visit.
