There’s a cool, minimalist vibe to the open concept living room, situated just beside the balcony. A cushion-scattered couch and two matching chairs offer seating for six. Opposite, there’s a 37” flat-screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Get cozy on chilly nights with a DVD player and Xfinity cable for your evening entertainment.
Beside the living area, a dining table offers seating for six, and there’s an adjacent desk area beneath a row of artful photography.
Overlooking this area, an upscale kitchen gleams with granite countertops, chic light fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. An electric stove-oven, microwave, toaster oven, and a double door refrigerator/ freezer are all close to hand, so you can whip up meals in a flash.
