Say goodbye to expensive hotels and the noisy rush of traffic at all hours! Find peace, quiet, and excellent food in the middle of creative and vibrant East Nashville. This 1BR apartment with a full kitchen, open-concept living and dining spaces, and en suite bathroom is a 10-minute walk to the best restaurants, bars, and galleries this side of Music City.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park off the friendly, tree-lined street and follow the stone path around back. A set of stairs leads to your 2nd-level entrance, bringing a bird's-eye view to your East Nashville digs.
Enter into the main living area, furnished with a recliner and a couch in front of a flatscreen TV. Seating for 5 surrounds a large coffee table, inviting board games, local friends, and local brews.
Hardwood floors extend to the left of the living space and into the dining area, where a high-top table hosts 4 stools. Create some after-dinner art on the hanging chalkboard, and brew up a fresh cup of joe in the Keurig.
Adjacent, a full kitchen has an electric stove/oven and everything else you need to cook at home, though you may find yourself stocking the refrigerator full of leftovers from countless tasty local restaurants.
The queen-size master bedroom is down the hall and spacious enough for a desk and office chair. If you have to get down to business on your visit, this is the workspace you need. Hit up a thrift store and use the full length bedroom mirror to model your new finds!
The en suite bath boasts a tub/shower combo, so pick up your favorite salts and scented candles to unwind after a day exploring the city.
Whether you want to hang out in East Nash or you just want to sleep in a quiet neighborhood after nights on Broadway, this is the place for you.
It’s only a 10-minute walk to many of Nashville’s favorite restaurants, galleries, and vintage shops.
These fantastic eateries (and drinkeries) are all in your neck of the woods: Jeni’s Ice Creams, Rosepepper Cantina, Two Ten Jack, Eastland Cafe, and Portland Brew. Head over to Gallatin Avenue and you’ll run into a million more hidden gems to explore. Bypass the lines at Hattie B’s and try out Pepperfire Hot Chicken instead.
East Nash is a space for foodies and artists alike. Nearby Five Points is home to several galleries and annual events, like the Tomato Art Show in August and Holiday Artisan Show in December.
As if the wonders of East Nashville aren’t enough to keep you busy, downtown is just a 10-minute drive. You’re never too cool to indulge in the best tourist activities Music City has to offer—twenty minutes on the road will get you to the Grand Ole Opry, the Nashville Zoo, and the airport.
