Great Townhouse

Townhouse was perfect for our family trip. About 20 minutes to Biltmore area. Smooth communication from booking to check-in/check-out. Decor is modern and fireplace was cozy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location at the end of the row of townhouses afforded plenty of privacy. Very satisfied.

Nice stay

We needed a place for a long weekend trip and this fit our needs. The teens had space to hang out at the end of our long walking/hiking days and we could watch what we wanted.

Perfect for the price point

I will be staying here every time I visit Asheville [family]. For the price, it's perfect. Some of the reviews remove 1 star b/c they didn't have a pot holder. Really? Great criteria. If you want a place that is: - Clean - Close - Good beds - Hot water / shower - Coffee pot - TV w/ premium channels [total bonus] - Hot tub! Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ad pictured and described. Location is convenient but secluded.
