Our house is less than a 5 minute drive to a golf course, tennis courts, horse back riding rentals, the Greek Theater, Griffith Park Observatory, the Los Angeles Zoo and the Gene Autry Museum. A 10 minute drive will take you into Hollywood or fantastic shopping at the Americana and Glendale Galleria Malls. We're also a short drive to Dodger's Stadium, LA Live, the Staples Center and Universal Studios. Depending on traffic, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Disneyland and 6 Flags Magic Mountain are a little more than 30 minutes away.
Easy access to the I-5 (Golden State freeway) at Los Feliz Blvd & Riverside Drive, and other interchanges including the 101 (Hollywood freeway) are nearby, as well as being convenient to Hollywood and Downtown via the surface streets including Sunset Blvd., Hollywood Blvd., Beverly Blvd, Temple or Vermont, all within a few minutes from this location.
