Thomas and I are property owners/managers of our VRBOs. We love the business, the diversity of our guests (local, national & international) and enjoy furnishing, decorating so our guests feel they are "home" . We have VRBOs in Denver area (Arvada & Wheat Ridge) and in Colorado Springs. Thomas and I have a great "team" of individuals who assist us to assure our homes are well-kept & maintained. These "team" members include a wonderful housekeeper who cleans our homes (Dee has been with us since inception), Jim-Property Maint , Kris-Yard Maint/Landscaper and other contractors as/when needed. The "Shop" was Thomas's favorite home - Thomas updated the main home (Thomas owned/managed a Electrical Company, a General Contracting Company and a Commercial Roof Coating Company-Thomas was a GC and Master Electrician). Thomas had a "green thumb" (beautiful roses, magnolia bush & his 25 yr old Hibiscus plant); designed and built out the "bat cave"; designed privatizing our patio. In memory of a wonderful, honest, ethical & talented man - we look forward to our guests enjoying our home.

We have lived in this home and love it here - warm, centrally located with easy access to I-70 (East/West) and to I-25 (North/South). We walk daily along the bike/walking path, purchase our Christmas tree from our local garden shop (few blocks away), shop our local grocers 2 miles away, bank a mile away, shop for flowers/gifts from Swiss Flower Shop a block away & many friends close by. We have enjoyed our time here and want to share our home with guests who will take home their Colorado memories, basing from our " Shop"
What makes this House unique
Easy access to Colorado mountains - winter and summer, Denver (Bronco games, Rockies Baseball stadium, plays, the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Merchandise Mart tradeshows, etc. ), School of Mines and downtown Golden, beautiful Boulder, Olde Towne Arvada - too many to list! We have parking available for those guests who travel with RVs or horse trailers, either in our private yard behind privacy fence or in front of our home.

BBQ Grille: Cleaned after use; if not cleaned, $25 will be deducted from refundable deposit
Smoking: Outside of home, only - guests must pick up all cigarette/cigar residue
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

This house is super cute! Perfect size with all the amenities. It is on a busy street which was good for me because I could walk to restaurants and shops. Be aware there are a few tasks to be completed at check-out, so if you have an early flight give yourself some additional time in the morning to complete these tasks. Not a big deal, just a bit more time.

It is in a good neighborhood and easy access off I-70. The man that lives in the back apartment was very friendly and helpful. Will use it again.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were there visiting our son that lives in Lakewood.
Our cute little rental was cozy, clean and very well taken care of. It was close to everything that we wanted to do.
Our home has easy access to I-70 East to Denver/Airport and West to mountains for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling in winter and summer hiking, camping, fishing, etc.
