Our place is close to Victoria's most iconic landmarks - the Fairmont Empress Hotel and the Provincial Legislature. Right in the hub of downtown, mere seconds away from a variety of pubs and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the vibrant neighbourhood, the incredible views, and the feeling of being at home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located in downtown Victoria, BC. Across the street from the Victoria Conference Centre and seconds away from the Fairmont Empress, this location is hard to beat. Nearby attractions also include the Royal British Columbia Museum, Beacon Hill Park, and Victoria's Inner Harbour.

The suite features its own heating and A/C, an electric fireplace, and dark, hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets and has all the equipment you need to make gourmet meals.

The bathroom, with separate bathtub and shower, also features double sinks and marble flooring and wall tiles.

Other amenities include in-suite laundry, parking, fitness room, seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and outdoor fire pit and lounge.

Interaction with guests

We live and work nearby, so are always available to help when needed.

The neighbourhood

Downtown Victoria is a bustling neighbourhood that is home to many of the city's main attractions, access to the harbour, and offers a variety of pubs, restaurants, bars and clubs. The building is located right downtown, so you will feel right in the action; but the suite is high enough away from street level to drown out most of the downtown buzz for when you're ready to relax and unwind.

Getting around

The suite includes a parking space in the building's secured underground parking lot (2 metres / 6'8"), but if you're not bringing a car, no worries! There are plenty of public transit options located steps away from the front door - including stops for city buses that run regularly throughout Victoria, shuttle services to and from the airport (YYJ), the downtown bus depot for longer trips around Vancouver Island and beyond, sea planes to travel to the mainland, and ferry services that run to Seattle and Port Angeles.

Excellent location, perfect accommodation!

We stayed for two nights in early Sept. The apartment is very nicely done, complete with a beautiful kitchen, and a very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and the owners are very helpful and friendly. It is easy walking distance to everything downtown, and is quiet at night. My only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer!

The unit was in a fantastic location.Close to everything. It was very well equipped and very clean. Great view from the unit and its south facing balcony. Checkin and turnover were easy and went very smoothly.
